Rudest lady took my order then never got my food order. she wore a blue shirt with her hair in a bun was so rude from the start it was so shocking. Then served every other people that came in. I waited 25 mins for my food order and only that long because I finally got tired of waiting I asked a different worker and she got my food right then in there. I came in when no one was there and then a crowd came in after me and everyone got their items and left while I was still waiting. It was so awful, I know customers can be awful I work a food service job and I get it, honest. Her rudeness from her answers when I was trying so hard to not be annoying about my questions because I never go to Dunkin but every time I go it always not the best experience. I went there today February 17 2025. The cashier was nice but the other two employee were very rude and the service was really bad. when Iasked for my coffee after like 15 min ordered one on them told me with attitude that we had to be patient because there were only three employee. then when they gave me the coffee the other employee gave me the coffee with not cream and my husband asked her for the cream and with a rude way she told my husband that he should ask for the cream before and I said we did. when she gave us the coffee she gave us the coffee cup all spilled with coffee with no cleaning and professional way, please pay attention to this cause people go there to have a good time and we encounter with this kind of people is very bad. we went to buy coffee and Donut we weren't begging for nothing. we bought with our money they' didn't give us...

I am consistently disappointed with this location. I've been coming here for last three years and a good 80% of the time there's always some sort of disappointment! I finally had to make a review because I've had enough! The last few mobile orders they've always forgotten my donut! (Yeah I know, 1st world problems) but not only that, the staff doesn't seem very motivated or adequately in a good mood to serve you. Timing for food and drink has always been a mixed bag. Friday mornings are always a gridlock. I truly feel it has to do with this location's management because I sometimes go to Hollywood location and they're always on point, 100%!
