Dunkin' — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I was happy that dunkin opened near me and was visiting mostly every morning until today. I was gonna buy my fav coffee sunshine batch and use the restroom. There was another lady in the line so I thought I will use the restroom while they are busy dealing with her order. When I asked about the code for restroom the cashier responded in a very rude way that I had to make a purchase. I was like I am gonna make a purchase but there is another customer in line. And even the lady offered her line to me I was very upset to be treated like this. I can understand the policy behind this with homeless people etc but never had a problem at Starbucks or Coffee bean. Sometimes you need to use the restroom first because it is an emergency. Sadly I will not be coming back and will go back to giving my money to Starbucks & Coffee bean even though Dunkin’s coffee is better. Educate...

The manager at this location lacks basic customer service skills. She is rude and has an off putting demeanor. I want to say she’s a prejudice because on the morning of 9.6.2025 she tossed a bag with my donut over the counter to me, never saying anything to me, I didn’t even know it was for me, as I waited for my coffee to be made, however the white guy that came behind me received a welcoming smile, and was told him to have a nice day by her. Never seen such a switch. Like I’ve done something to her by buying coffee while black.

The employee named Cesar did an absolute horrible job of assisting me. I just wanted to know what assortment numbers the donut holes come in since there was no signage anywhere. He explained it so confusingly. And then when he was done, I needed a receipt for work and he proceeded to tell me it would take too long to print and that it was thrown away. So I asked if he could just get it from the trash since it would just be on the top of the trash and he said “I’m not digging through the trash”. What the heck?
