Tonight was the worst fast food experience of my life... hands down! I ordered a #1 with criss-cut fries and a dr.Pepper and a green "wet" burrito no tomatoes also with criss-cut fries and a dr.Pepper. What I received was a burger with no tomatoes, regular fries on both, root beers and a dry burrito. When I started returning the food the lady at the window looked upset and kept asking "oh you ordered that". You couldn't get the order that wrong if you tried! I don't usually complain about anything food related but this was very disappointing since I had just noticed a few days ago they still served the green burrito, the same one I had 27 years ago with my mom when I was 12 at the old Alhambra location off of valley Blvd. Needless to say I was looking forward to the food not because its great but because it reminded me of my childhood. Long story short I gave the food that was 100% wrong and left. Lilly was the window clerk and I didn't catch the managers name but I did speak with her with little satisfaction to her approach on correcting the lack of decent service. Train your staff better or expect to lose business like you did tonight, I frequent this location often but will no longer stop in for a quick bite on my way to work or a late night food run. Do the math, $22-$25 twice a week × 52 weeks... thats how much.you lost here. Super disappointed but someone else will enjoy my...

Out of all of the Carl's Jr Locations this is the worst when it comes to one menu item: biscuit and gravy. They water down the gravy so severely that it is like eating a biscuit with water. For the most part the gravy is tasteless and extremely thin and runny. Today was no different. I have unfortunately stopped to your several times over the last year and ordered the biscuit and gravy and every time it is terrible. I keep thinking that at some point they have to stop watering it down so severely butt it's always the same. For the most part, I have stopped ordering the biscuit and gravy and replaced it with other items even though really what I want is the biscuit and gravy. This is the only Carl's jr. Along my path to work in the morning. I'm just overly irritated that the one item that I really like is the one thing they mess up. Over the last few months I have visited this location less and less in the morning as well as in the afternoon on my way home. They consistently screw up my breakfast in the morning with that nasty, watery, tasteless gravy. Oh my days off, I can get the biscuit and gravy from other locations and it is perfect. This is the only one that...

This place seriously needs to make sure their employees speak, and understand ENGLISH! I came by the drive thru today, & the first person taking the orders from the speaker did not understand what I was ordering. He muted the speaker, then, another lady took my order. My order was the new GHOST BURGER, double meat, medium size combo with a side of onion rings! She had a hard time understanding me. She thought I was ordering the "breakfast burger." Oh my god....then I had to repeat my order again. The new "DOUBLE GHOST BURGER COMBO, medium size!" With a side of onion rings. I went up to the window, she gave me my drink, (thank God she got it right) and then the bag of food. When I stopped to eat, I WAS FURIOUS!!!! They gave me a single famous star burger, cut in half!!!!!! I was soooo angry. They didn't even give me my receipt!!! This place needs to step up it's customer service. SPEAK AND UNDERSTAND ENGLISH PLEASE!!!!! And no, this is NOT A RACE issue. Do not say I am a racist. Race has nothing to...

This was our first time at this Carl's Jr. Some of them are great, some not so much. We loved this one. It was pretty late, but they were still open. The outside and interior was super clean as were the bathrooms. The service was very friendly and fast. They got our special order right the first time. We liked it so much we went back the next morning for a breakfast biscuit. The prices are reasonable and we just love their burgers. I tried the vegan burger and I am not a huge fan, but then again, I am not vegan, so what do I know. We also had this great crunchy taco that was so good. Their Super Star burgers were great and we were happy campers. We also had fries and a shake. The fries were super hot and fresh. Our food was made fresh. We had not one complaint. The next day we had a wonderful breakfast on the way to the park. Their biscuit breakfast with egg, cheese and bacon is really good. All their breakfast items were tasty. We will be back.

Being from Canada, I hadn't really had a Carl's Jr. Burger before, and I have to say... I would take a Carl's Jr. burger over some of the other burgers people brag about in the States. I am not sure that the pictures I took do this burger justice... These burgers are massive and really juicy! I had the guacamole and bacon burger (I don't recall what it was really called), but it was a bit difficult to eat as a whole. 😂 It was completely stuffed and really was a GREAT burger! My son also really loved the kids cheeseburger - he was asking when we could go back next as soon as he finished! He is 3 and doesn't eat a lot, so that says something to me! 😁 I also liked that I was able to order fried zucchini as a side instead of the usual side of fries. The zucchini was really tasty.

I’m officially over this place. The cashier that works around 7pm is always super nice but the quality of their food is awful. This was my third and last attempt at making up for not getting dinner before I come to work. I’ve tried their green burrito, chicken sandwich and famous star and all have been just plain nasty. The famous star has so much sauce in it, it’s dripping out of the burger. I asked for no cheese and got it anyway. The fries are always lukewarm at best. I’ll give a two star simply because the people that work the late shift are extremely polite and know how to give great customer service but the quality of the food isn’t there. I’d rather go hungry at work than order here again.
