El Chucho — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Okay so there is only beers, wine, and hard kombuchas available (with a selection of unalcoholic drinks as well and soda) so there aren’t any cocktails or spirits. However, this works ??? Somehow it elevates the atmosphere, the wine with the beer it’s just the essentials. The DJ they brought in was so GOOD, (DJ Barrett). The bartenders are so nice, at one point the diva was left alone behind the bar but she was killing it. She was so nice regardless of how many people were waiting for their drinks, she deserves a raise I love her. The prices are decent compared to other LA bars I’ve been to. I go here with my friends from time to time if we want to get drinks in the neighborhood. It’s definitely known for its wine, which compared to other wine bars in LA this place is reasonably priced. The bartenders always give great recommendations and often let you try it before committing to a bottle. The biggest complaint is that the music was way too loud inside. What a fun place! My buddy told me about this spot and it is really an enjoyable environment. Cool place, cool brews, cool crowd.

The only feedback I have for the business is that volume is not a substitute for quality when it comes to music. The music was significantly overamplified, and while palatable, lacked discernment and seemed a bit random.
