False advertising!

The results of my $650 green facial was equal to her basic facials. I have some type of skin tags and she said she can take all of them off for $400. She said she would do one so I can see the results. She burned/zapped the tag and in a couple of days the scab fell off but left a brown spot. It’s been about two months and I still have the spot.

I had two basic facials with Audrey, before deciding to spend $650 on the green facial that she told me I should do. I understand now why bad reviews are always sooooooo long. It’s more the emotional disappointment with the person than the actual problem.

She texted me a link about the green facial that showed impressive before and after pictures. I have awful skin and have struggled with it all my life. In my 20’s I spent a lot of money on facials and products and got nowhere. Now, in my 30’s I have accepted that I look like this but I am still open to a solution. This lady is nice until you tell her your not happy with the results of her work. She will give you every reason why you are wrong and then will ignore you. She made it clear to me that she has a 100% non refundable policy and she was not open to the idea of seeing me for any complimentary facials. I understand that we are human and sometimes there are misunderstandings and maybe sometimes we don’t do good work. My friend was pleased with her skin tag removal so I decided to give Audrey a try as well. I’ve been to her twice. The first time was to remove skin tags/moles from my face and was very pleased with the final result! Very clean, smooth looking skin was what i got. So i decided to go back and get skin tags removed from my neck and once again, i love how clean the area looks now! During removal it hurts a bit, but she is very quick (under 10 mins and i had a lot) and it wasn’t anything i couldn’t tolerate. The scabs took about 4-5 days to fall off, so just be aware those will be visible before you get to completely clear skin. But in the end it was all very well worth it and...
