re_ grocery — Local services in Los Angeles

I absolutely love re_grocery! I wish more stores like this existed to help us all do our part. The quality of the products gives me peace of mind, I know I’m not using harsh chemicals on my skin or putting questionable ingredients into my body.

One of my favorite things is their bulk kitchen staples. I’ve wasted so much baking flour and pantry items in the past from traditional grocery stores that assume everyone buys in bulk. But at re_grocery, I can get just the amount I need. Nothing goes to waste, and it’s been such a great fit for how I actually cook and bake at home.

Fantastic place. Sustainable, ethical, fresh, and decently prices. They have special produce sales on Tuesday and other sales that rotate once a month. The quality of their products you can tell. You can bring you own containers and the tags at the front reduce their weight- so you only pay for the item alone without the hassle. I always see LAURA at the front desk who is a complete sweetheart and it's because of her and what the space is about that I have basically converted so much of my grain/nut/condiments/soaps/cleaners/oils/ everything to this space! I love this store, every time I come here I want to buy everything, I just want to try everything to see what it tastes like. Today I bought an assortment of snacks and drinks as well as bath products. My daughter loves the toothpaste tablets. It was our first time at this location and I love that there is so much parking available. This location didn't have the self serve refrigerated food but the cashier said if we ask they can fill our container for us, next time I will, I thought that was so helpful and friendly of her to say that. We need a location closer to downtown LA although I will make it a trip for the day to travel to...
