Dine in for breakfast and ordered a ham and egg breakfast burrito, sweet bread and Horchata. I also asked the cashier of a new bread item with sesame Seeds that look delicious upon asking the cashier stated she had no idea and did not bother asking another employee. I myself walked over to another employee who informed me the bread is stuffed with cheese and chili (would've loved to try out but I already paid for my items). After having a seat i was overwhelmed by how hot it was inside and noticed the temp was showing as 91 degrees 😥I asked the same previous employee if she could lower the temp she responded with that she would ask and nothing was done. As my family and I continued to sweat while trying to eat our food my son's Horchata spilled all over due to the lid not properly being closed 😕I proceeded to clean up our mess with some napkins and advised the same employee cashier of our mess, she refilled our cup but never intervined with helping clean up the mess. I decided to walk to the restroom and grab some paper towels and a Yellow caution the floor is wet sign to place on the floor myself. We left after several employees failed to help and just passed without helping . The lack of attention, not knowing the food product information, ac accommodation and lack of assistance is what I based my over all rating....
Read moreGreat service , the girls behind the counter are always so kind & helpful, they always have a smile on their face , in todays age when everyone is rude and it feels like you are bothering people when you need service anywhere , the staff here are a breath of fresh air . Even the cook hands your food to you with a smile and says enjoy . The restaurant is immaculate , very clean . Also the bread is made hot & fresh every hour , many times you will score and get there just as the bread is being pulled out of the oven . My favorite thing is the torta cubana , and for breakfast the chorizo& egg torta , the orange juice is freshly squeezed, the cafe de olla is amazing and is great with the pan Dulce , my favorite is the Feite de Guayaba , it’s like the Guava strudels from Porto’s but a MILLION times better . In terms of temperature, I have never been served anything that was cold or even warm , food is always hot . Freshness , is also never an issue , avocado in the tortas is always perfect & lettuce is crisp , the salsa is spicy and savory , This is true Mexican food , and they take pride in the tortas and all the food they serve. I highly highly recommend...
Read moreMy family and I absolutely adore Gallo Giro! Although it's a bit of a drive from our home, we make it a point to visit every 2-3 months. The food here is truly exceptional!
Compared to similar restaurants in the area, Gallo Giro's prices are extremely competitive. The quality of their dishes is top-notch, and their extensive menu offers something for everyone. It's an ideal spot for a family dinner!
Their bread and flavored waters are amazing, and we've never been disappointed with our meals. The service is always friendly and attentive.
An added bonus is that the staff is bilingual, making it easy for everyone to communicate and feel welcome.
If you're looking for a great dining experience that's worth every penny, look no further than Gallo Giro! Bring your loved ones and enjoy a fantastic meal together. We highly recommend it!
I strongly hope they open a location in the Palmdale/Lancaster area soon, as it would be a wonderful addition to our local...
