Primera y ultima vez en este restaurante. Manténgase alejado de este lugar. (sobrecargaron mi tarjeta) First time here and last, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! It is the first time that I order a birria that does not taste like birria, rather it is like a red sauce for tamales with pieces of different meats??? I ordered it with rice and beans on the side and without broth and they charged me for absolutely everything separately and in miniature portions, the supposed birria was served to me as soup on a large plate which logically I couldn't eat as I thought. The saddest thing of all is that my bill was $63.02 on my receipt but actually they charged me $96.74??? (they overcharged my card) I found out about this because my bank sent me a notification of an irregular charge, I called them and they told me that if I wanted a refund of the difference I had to go personally to make that transaction, I went and they charged me again for going through again my card, from $63.02 I ended up paying $65.54 why??? they never apologized for that mistake, in fact they looked at me with a bad face, I guess they usually do this to their customers and some go unnoticed ??? This place has been one of my family favorites until yesterday. My husband and I stopped for tacos at 4:30pm, we didn't get our order until 6:20 pm. It was Taco Tuesday and they were busy but I have a reason to believe they did it intentionality. After an hour of waiting, my husband asked for our otder because he had to go to work, i noticed when one of the ladies pull the order 103 and placed the paper down. I thought it was too work on the order but I was wrong, it was to ignore our order. They finished all the other orders and we didn't get ours until the rush hour was over.
