In-N-Out Burger — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Burgers and more burgers. Hot fries that never make it to your destination. Great milkshakes. Normally there's a long line of cars that go as far back to the 5N Fwy entrance. If you have time it's nice to wait outside in your car and see the many cars and sometimes a car from your past that reminds you of a good memory. There's usually 1-2 employees outside taking your order so things move pretty quickly. Plenty of parking so you can sit in your car and enjoy your meal especially if you order from inside which is pretty quick. Inside and outside dining. Great team of employees working together to get you in-n-out. Area is always clean and there is nice greenery with the small palm trees and other landscaping plants. Friendly team! ps... you can order your burger wrapped in lettuce opposed to the bun. You can order animal fries which are drenched in their sauce and options of grilled onions and cheese if you like. They do have sauce in packets if...

Im a regular at this IN-N-OUT & grew up down the street. So ive been going to this location since I was a kid. Im now 37 years old and this place still impresses me. Love all the hard working people there.

Tonight (12:15 am) I came to get food for myself and my guys at my tattoo shop (TRUE VISIONS TATTOO--SYLMAR) and saw an extremely hard working girl named "FELICIA" Working the window. This girl was taking orders from drive-thru customers, handling drinks & food orders quickly and efficiently.....without making mistakes and with a smile on her face.

Long before I was a tattoo artist I worked at 3 restaurants and know how hard it is to multi task. So i recognize an awesome employee when i see one. This girl was doing the job of 2 or 3 people and in my opinion deserves a RAISE!! Great job Felicia....and as an owner of a business, let me say that good help is hard to find, so keep up the good work....

This specific In N Out location is a hit or miss. Sometimes I get everything in my order and everything tastes fresh and amazing, and sometimes I have things missing and things do not taste as good. Lately though, it's been good consistently. The staff here though are probably the least friendly of any in n out location. I get busy times and all that, I work at a very popular and busy restaurant as well, so I know it can get stressful and overwhelming at times and don't always expect all smiles and whatnot. But this location they just always seem annoyed or in a bad mood and I don't get why? You guys make pretty good money and your blessed to have a good job. Anyway, with that all said, this is not my favorite in n out I just started going because it was closer to me, but I think I'll go back to my original.
