This review loooong overdue as the purchase of our investment property was August of 2021, but as the old adage goes "better late than never".

I met Allan Vides and Alejandro Gonzalez on site at a property that I was interested in purchasing. This was during the crazy home buying frenzy in 2021 when houses were being listed and sold "site unseen" (faster than your uploaded DocuSign).

approximately May 20,2021 : I walked onto a property/into an open house with no representation, I walked off the property with a business card of Allan Vides (and the contact info of a new salesperson, Alejandro Gonzalez).

July 28,2021 We closed escrow on that property :)))

(There were small hurdles... beyond our control; the seller wanted a longer escrow time -as she was planning to move out of state; my mortgage broker was negotiating -as he wanted to get us the best possible option for the purchase.)

My experience with Allan Vides' team (Realty Executives SFV) was great. I can honestly say stress levels were kept to a minimum thanks to Alejandro (who did an amazing job, considering this was his 1st sale) and Sandra Rubio (the office manager). Everything from beginning to end exceeded my expectations, Alejandro & Allan had even offered to help the seller move out her treasures (for lack of a better word) and help me get treasures left behind cleared off the property. They went beyond their job description and I truly appreciated it all.

Alejandro, Sandra and Allan were a pleasure to work with and I would recommend them with no hesitation. (Thanks guys !!!)

This delayed review has everything to do with a tornado of happenings + my procrastination... but in my defense, I have yet to make use of all the housewarming gift cards I received from the team when they handed...

We first met Allan Vides a year before we made a firm decision to sell our Sylmar home 14 years after Elisa had purchased it and nearly a decade after we’d chosen to share our lives in that home. Allan was conducting an open house across the street when we met him, at a time…pre-inflationary spiral…when the market was still white hot. He quickly got a price that was a real eye-opener but what struck us was Allan’s demeanor…knowledgable, understated, and respectful of both the house and the seller’s expectations. He brought all those attributes to our first meeting with him once we’d committed to selling and moving to the east coast, where we have family and friends. Allan studied our house deliberately, carefully, noting the positive points to emphasize in our staging and, with a keen reading of the moment in a volatile market, arrived at an asking price which, if it found a buyer, would set us up comfortably for the next phase in our life together.

We found the buyer… in fact, we found five offers after the initial open house weekend, two of which offers exceeded our listed price. In retrospect, Allan’s entire team did a superb job helping us reach our goal as quickly and seamlessly as it all happened. His photo and video specialists, his transaction managers and office staff, and open house assistants…they all did first rate work that made our house as appealing to strangers who’d never set foot in the door as it had long been for us and the many friends who’d enjoyed its generous charms.

So thanks, Allan and team: you were all professionals who treated us as friends and treated our home with respect and honest judgements that made selling it easy...

Allan made the entire process of buying our first home seamless and painless. From our first conversation, he was extremely attentive, kind, and wanted to make sure our needs were understood and met. In less than 24 hours he was able to negotiate the terms of our purchase.

Allan takes great pride in what he does, which is also reflected in his wonderful personality. His upbeat attitude and sense of optimism made him such a pleasure to work with. He was always just a call or a text away if we had any questions or concerns and his response time was always prompt. We felt extremely comfortable, secure, and well represented throughout this entire process. Allan was instrumental and key part of my fiancé and I owning our first home. He even made sure to get us the best rate before closing and we were able to move in 1 week sooner than our original date.

The service and professionalism was nothing short of stellar, which is extremely rare these days. I’m so thankful to have found such a wonderful and amazing realtor. Thank you for everything Allan. We love...
