I made a terrible mistake coming here. I booked a appointment with Hugo because I wanted my hair from dark brown to Auburn brown. He had his trainee do all the work and she was very aggressive in the way she handled hair, the whole process was so painful. I asked for a red/brown color that was more brown than red. After 4 hours, the color was a bright red. In the moment the color didn't look so bad but once I got home I realized how terrible it was and was nothing close to the pictures I showed him. During the rinses somehow the collar of my shirt got drenched yet they still managed to leave clumps of color in my ears! Paid $180 plus tip for this garbage.

I included the reference photo verses what I got, and the mess they left behind. Hugo finished blow drying my hair and I was so shocked he didn’t...

I have been going to Hugo for about 5 years and he is good, i like that he likes to keep up with the new styles, and he is always learning and perfecting his skills. And i have never had anyone cut my hair at the length i want. There is a lot of people that don't know and cut way too much....
