El Pollo Loco — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Please pollo loco get the time right . Always come to this location it’s passing my job so it’s easy I spent about $13.05 times a week times a month maybe around $240 a month. I passed his location when I placed my order. They always asked me to wait five minutes outside because they’re never ready and I never have an issue with it. I mean you know by 908am I’m already out of there heading to my job so it worked out but today it was different an employee name Mary ready and I never have an issue with that. I mean you know by 1008 I’m already out of there heading to my job so it worked out but today it was different employee name mary and I mean I get there at 9:03 AM I’m being courteous you know I don’t wanna show up at 9 AM. I know 100% of the time they’re never ready so it’s 903 you know And The employee mary tells me to wait five minutes and I say yes but then she says no you gotta leave you gotta leave the whole place for five minutes and come back in five minutes and place your order in five minutes. Seriously so disrespectful for my time for my money out of the 1000 million places to eat in LA I choose El Pollo Loco. I love El Pollo Loco but you know what stay with mary stay with the time never been right stay with 10 minutes before opening wrong time. I don’t know Pollo Loco you disappoint me. I pulled up in the parking lot and the dining room was locked and closed. One of the associates just told me to go in and drive through that they was service everybody even though the store was soon to be closed. I'm still in the drive through for quite some time and I made an order using a coupon for three pieces of chicken meal. When I regret to the window I asked the lady was the chicken juicy and was it dried out because I wanted juicy chicken. She assured me that the chicken was juicy and then ask me what condiments that I wanted. I told her what I wanted and she said they did not have any other salad dressing but the creamy cilantro. And I also desired that avocado salsa and pico de gallo and they did have that. My biggest dilemma is the chicken with so dry and hard I did not enjoy it at all. She was kind and cordial but dishonest in regards to the chicken being juicy and not dried out. This does not make me want to revisit this elbow your loco on Vernon...

The cashier wasn't really paying attention to taking orders she was laughing with co-workers and when I was asking about a certain item she asked but then acted liked if she didn't understand what I was asking. The service was unacceptable they were working but they weren't really paying attention to the customers. As a former cashier customers and the front house is important whoever the cashier is should be paying attention to the customers, cleaning tables making sure the soda and front register are always clean but instead when their was no orders to take the cashier was just laughing with the co-workers and not really doing get her job. The wings were too over cooked and barely had any meat on the bones the rice was hard and the flour tortilla weren't put in the container with the chicken to keep them warm. Im definitely not going to come back to this place the food wasn't good and it was a waste of my money almost 22 for the food to be that way was...
