I ordered an uber delivery from them and received totally different order in which I ordered a triple scoop with a chocolate fudge and mint chocolate chips but they didn’t even give me a triple and caramel coffee mocha and a vanilla with sprinkles. I called them but they were saying “there is not anything they can do. If you want to get a correct items, either you come or order again.” Even though I refunded this but only received 70 percent of my payments for refunds. I just wasted my time and my money. It just happened. I got a call from the staff here that vanilla is out of stock. So I asked for another product, and I spoke slowly because I am not good at English. But this employee didn't listen to me and kept talking about himself. Even if I asked him to wait, he only talked about himself. So eventually, when I was annoyed to hear what I was saying, the employee just hung up. I was checking my order, but what's the manners to just hang up? Then he canceled the food himself.
