I went through the drive-thru at 8:45 I have a coupon for 12 peace leg and thigh family meal that comes with three sides for $25. I told the drive-thru worker that and he denied me service stating that they don't have enough chicken for the order. About time I got to the window there were four cars behind me. I asked what time do they close they told me 11:00. I asked the worker and you do not have any chicken to complete my order he said no. I said how much chicken do you? He told me only four pieces. I didn't ask him so what are you going to serve until 11:00 he responded just sides and salads. I asked him his name the guy's name is Mario. I asked for corporate number he refused to give it to me I asked for his manager name he refused to give it I said she do not return until tomorrow. First class discrimination and terrible customer service he did not want to honor my coupon that does an expire until 14th. As soon as I told him I had a coupon he denied my service. I was asking if I was able to replace a wing for a leg or thigh on my 4 piece meal because I ordered online through DoorDash and it don't give you that option to do so online. It only gives you to select leg & thigh or breast & wing that's it . I find it rude because I had chose another store from Vernon and they never picked up so I called this store to see if I can try just ordering from them instead.
