So disappointed because I work at taco bell and I get the same thing every time. My food came out way too fast. I asked for it to be made fresh like I always do and I got everything soggy like it was microwaved. I know this because the lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream were all the same temperature along with the meat...del taco is better and I've been eating here since I was a kid so its really sad to say that. When food is made fresh there's steam coming off it. I miss the old taco bell...when everything was made fresh and the people who worked there actually love their job because 1 person wasn't getting paid the bare minimum to do what 3 people normally get paid to do. Hire more people so night/morning shift can enjoy their job and take better care of customers. And at this point every taco bell should be recording the audio for drive thru like the one I work at because customer service can be the difference between barely making daily profit goals and going over that. Read moreThe manager of this fine establishment was asked to wear a mask before assisting the masked & gloved worker preparing my order. She responded "it's not required, you can't make me wear a mask if I don't want to." To which I replied you can't make me order or eat your food. Cancel my order. While processing my refund I reminded this really smart lady you are literally standing over & breathing on food being prepared for public consumption during a pandemic. Where talking, yawning or any other reason your mouth are open allow particles and/or projectiles to exit your mouth & season food being prepared! I even used the analogy of hair nets which are required to prevent the same from ending up in food being prepared. I strongly suggest you avoid this establishment & any drive thru unless you can clearly see workers preparing your food care about...
Read moreI pulled up to the place to order and it was only one car in front of me, When I got to the voice intercom the young lady asked me to hold on And that was fine and dandy.... But I waited for about four minutes. So I spoke into the intercom, was everything okay?
She replied back with an attitude Saying, I told you to hold on.... It shocked me , but I still started to place my order.
When I got to the third item of my order, She started singing some song through the intercom & that was very disrespectful. So I told her I would like to cancel my order, and that's what led me to this review.
I lived in this neighborhood all my life and never experienced this amount of rudeness from this taco bell or employee.
