Master Burger — Restaurant in Los Angeles

The first time I ate here I was so surprised at how terrible their reviews were for such great service and food. But today.. I get it. Worst service, took three times longer than it usually would, dude at the counter arguing with me, but barely doing his job right. Waited out in the rain and he kept calling my order number, which he didn't give me, so I'm sitting waiting, while my food is getting cold and people who ordered behind me have what they ordered fresh. Conclusion, I spent $20 to have a cold, dry burger and luke warm refried old fries. Safe to say regardless of how good it may be when there is some actual organization, I won't be eating here again.

**This review deserves a disclaimer; when the Senorita is working the cash register, there have been no issues. I receive my order promptly and never have complaints.. but I get it, the best employee can't work all shifts, though the establishment would improve much if it only opened when...

I can only speak from ordering with them through Postmates. The burger and fries itself were both great, but unfortunately they did not send ketchup or napkins like I asked them to. This is not the fault of the driver, as they cannot see those requests, but the restaurant itself can see it when they are filling the order. Please pay closer attention to the notes when people order things. My kitchen is currently undergoing renovations so I currently have no choice but to eat out. Making sure a customer has everything they need before you send their orders off, really does matter.

I'm not going to mark any stars down because the food itself was actually really good. I didn't order any drinks because they don't have everything listed on the Postmates menu. Decided not to take a chance in case they DIDN'T pay attention...

Nasty, Dirty and Unprofessional! We did a phone order and was told food would be ready in 20 minutes. 30 minutes later, the food was not ready; It actually seemed like they just started preparing it. The woman behind the filthy window asked for payment, which was given and the food still wasn't ready. The order had missing items and my burger was cold as if it had been sitting up all day. The unprofessional woman working behind the window refused to give us our money back and giggled. In the mist of everything an older lady comes along and wanted to know where her order was and was given the run-around...So she started cussing the lady out. This place is a mess. Oh and get this:THERE ARE NO PRICES LISTED ON THE WINDOW MENU! THEY ACTUALLY MAKE UP PRICES DEPENDING ON WHO'S WORKING....
