El Pollo Loco — Restaurant in Los Angeles

When I write a review of anything I have to know for sure what is the factor that makes the difference. We are not just basing it of the taste, the presentation, or the staff that makes it all possible for to enjoy our food.

This people were rely dedicated to their work. Work ethics that make it seem all of them are managers at the same time. Everything was unreal to a point that i had to find something. And i decided to visit them on key times when normally mistakes happened.

8 months into my 1st fav the person that set the steps to follow was no longer part of tje team on site. Will not het into details about that but all i can say that the glue that held everything together was gone. Now the good thats cooked the same way on every pollo loco didn't taste good at all.

I seen the dedication and also the frustration of having new members can cause.

But for the northridge Location. I know that they have also great lead members that can be do more than the best to make it smooth for them and others. The attention, the upkeep of the location having always toppings and extra items that we crave is a plus the Northridge location is by far one of the most busiest Pollo Loco that i have seen. And they are Able to handle it like Champs. The customer they all love that and they will continue to keep it this busy. For that

Ok so, earlier today at 5pm during lunch rush , traffic rush, and just regular bad street timing I had ordered a somewhat big order, 14 piece family meal, large mash potatoes, large beans, and 6 tacos al carbon. Living in the top area of porter ranch, especially after the fire which was strenuous on the mind, Once I got home and finally ready to eat I noticed, The chicken was just very dry, burnt, and the skin was not edible, I noticed it, called Pollo Loco I spoke to A VERY LOVELY PERSON NAMED SHERICE! Ugh she made my day! She heard me out, was EXTREMELY KIND, PROFESSIONAL, SWEET, and HUMAN!! WITHOUT HESITATION she offered me a replacement meal and was very outgoing about it. You don’t really find that type of person, management, and let alone restaurants that are so willing to make it feel like they truly understand and are apologetic!!! She rocks! SHERICE!! You’re genuinely an asset to that company! If you ever need a change of employment, I own my own business which is very largely known, established and you’ll have a very good financial opportunity with benefits paid! Zero customer service. Even one star is more for them. Sometimes I think may be these people work there for free that is why they got that attitude. I was picking up my online order (two tostada salads which come with sauce of your choice) and I see that 2 sauces were missing for both salads. I reminded her that she forgot to put the sauces and she added them with unhappy face, giving me an attitude. I came home and noticed that they did not put fork, napkins either but instead they are always fully ready to show their attitude to customers. I would not recommend this location, it is always bad.
