Fatburger & Buffalo's Express — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Just want to update this review. I never received any contact from any Fatburger apologizing or issuing a refund. What an awful establishment! They clearly do not care about their customers. Never go here!

I went to Fatburger for the 1st time recently. I decided to try their vegan milkshake because I am lactose intolerant. The shake was $12, which is fairly normal for vegan products. I always get excited since I am usually unable to get a milkshake at most fast food places.

I reacted pretty badly to this shake, so it was obviously not a vegan shake. This is truly outrageous. Not only did I pay a lot for this shake, but the fact that fatburger is posing a regular shake as vegan is awful. This is unacceptable.

Even the burger was overpriced at $11.

I would never recommend going to Fatburger. You can go to any other establishment and pay less for a burger and know that the shakes are...

First time eating at this food chain and had an amazing experience. As with other wing reviews I have done, taste and level of heat are my 2 main points. For starters, this location was spotless. Clean, organized and an efficient staff. Wait time was minimal. Paper bag, everything well packaged and organized. Buffalo wings traditional sauce selected with wedge fries. Very hot, fresh and crispy, flavor pronounced in all the right ways. Wedge fries not overly salty, just enough. I ate inside but plenty of space to eat outside if your ok with a little traffic. Totally enjoyed the quality of the food provided and would highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

5 star customer service, bravo. I can't travel everywhere to pick up orders because I have a newborn, so I use services like Uber. My Uber driver brought the order in fatburgers to-go bag. While I was walking back to my unit, the cheap recycled paper bag ripped, spilling the French fries and burger over the floor. My Uber driver was generous enough to offer to go back and get us new french fries... So while he was driving to the location, he called the location to make sure he can exchange the fries, the Manager said he would not honor the exchange (kind of rediculous, what kind of franchise treats their customers like this).
