I come here every so often, especially when friends from out of town visit. They've redone the interior so now there's a bar area, bigger kitchen and a separate seating area. It looks nice. Service is whatever except for this past weekend. We got in late because they didn't have it anywhere we couldn't pay with a card (I've usually paid by cash or online), front guy let an "exception" and we got in. The show started and we didn't get our order taken so I decided 40 mins in I would grab drinks. The waitresses did pass by to the group behind us and in front of us but never to us. It wasn't until last call that they asked if we wanted something since they were giving the bills out and didn't have one for us. My friend ordered 1 more drink and she was already drunk. When it was time to leave I went to the restroom while she paid the bill (or so I thought) and we left. We ended up coming back because she lost her phone. As I was leaving having found it a really rude waitress (who we told we were looking for the phone and didn't help) passed by and said you didn't pay your bill. I was defensive because she had attitude and didn't bother to explain (or differentiate) it was my friend and not me. It was a 10$ drink and she was having an attitude over it. My friend remembered and told me the bill was never collected (and she had waited there in an empty room while I was in the restroom). I asked the bartender whose eye contact with me if she was really giving me attitude and walking away over something part of her job. The bartender just looked away. I've worked in customer service, I know people can be a pain in the ass but it's a part of your job to do something basic as collect the bill and be polite about it. I had the urge to find the manager but decided against it because everyone has bad days and it'd be a shame to lose your job over it. However, I won't be back here. It's a cool place but not enough to...

There’s one comedian that I always come here to see, but I have to tell you what surprisingly good about this place?
The food, I absolutely love the cheese sticks and I can’t get enough for the quesadilla lol it’s priced reasonable based on what you would expect from an LA comedy club, which is usually nothing good The drinks and most of them are water down in the services the most horrible thing in the world…
but here? you get a good bang for your buck here. I enjoy the drinks when I drink alcohol but now I’m a non alcohol drinker but I find the non alcoholic drinks just as worthwhile as the ones with alcohol in them.
This is a great place for comedians are starting to build. Seating is comfortable.
The service is great and they really stand out from other comedy clubs, but my absolute favorite person to see on Thursday nights is Percy. If you really want to experience the club, but it’s best, check out but any other show you you’re still gonna have an incredible time Mark my words
What are my favorite comics Percy Rustonji performs here at least every two weeks to show as well worth seeing because he supports young and upcoming comics as well as established comics
you get a mixed bag every time but the shows are always great the food is reasonably priced and it’s actually really good food
I had a quesadilla at least three times and of course let’s not forget the chicken strips!!
I have never had a bad time here I visited this place almost 10 times in the last year and I’ve enjoyed it every time with her it’s packed or sparse the comedians bring your a game every time you’re getting a bargain because usually you can get in for next to nothing in the food you can get for 20 bucks and still have money left over to tip where else in town can you find a great...
Read moreThey had been closed due to the pandemic. They recently opened up as a Mexican restaurant. The out door space is great. There are spaced out tables, large TVs, heaters, they offered me hand sanitizer. While I was waiting for my order I noticed that when people left someone came and sprayed sanitizer and wiped down the chairs, the tables, even the menus🤯. I ordered a steak burrito 🌯 to go. While I waited I sipped on ice water that they offered me, even though it was a take out order. When I settled my bill, the server thanked me and invited me to return for football night. I got to my car I looked in the bag. There was utensils, 2 kinds of salsa, and a guacamole container. The burrito smelled so good. I couldn't resist a bite right away. Wow! It exceeded my expectations 😍 I have always liked Ha Ha Cafè for comedy and drinks. Now I love that place for delicious Mexican...
