Be very cautious of this place they took my order online via their website at 10:49pm when I arrived to pickup the food their doors were locked so I waited outside thinking maybe they would bring the food out if I called. I called and no one answered the phone. Finally I saw a young lady coming out and asked her about my order she said the manager was considering canceling our order which was news to me and that he would come speak with me. I then continued to wait outside. Keep in mind that my entire team is waiting at the studio for this food because they had been working since 11:00am. The manager never spoke to me and walked right past my car and left for the night! He never provided an update on my order or notified me if I would be refunded. He just took my money and went home for the night. I came back the next day to inquire about a refund and the manager acted as if he was irritated by me asking about a refund since I never received the order which was for close to $100 worth of food. He told me that he didn’t have approval to give me a refund and that only the owner can provide a refund. Here we are it’s Monday the order was placed Thursday and I have yet to receive a refund or formal communication from them despite emailing and going into their restaurant. I’ll never order from them again and plan to report this transaction to my bank as fraudulent since they haven’t swiftly acted. I’m severely disappointed as their food is tasty and my team used to order from them often. Also let’s not forget that their hours are listed as 5pm-2am online. I was told they now close at 11 when I arrived even though there google hours report 2am closing time. I understand google hours can be inaccurate but it’s all in how you handle the issue. You don’t just take peoples money without communicating or apologizing. This could have been solved with simple communication letting me know that my order was cancelled and an apology for the confusion but their team has been unresponsive and very rude about the situation. A call from the manager before I drove all the way to the restaurant would have been an easy solution or a simple email back but no they wanted to ignore me and avoid releasing the...

This place has been here for a long time even before Covid. The atmosphere could use some sprucing up but it does have that nostalgic charm.

They have drink and food specials often but you have to visit and check out their blackboard. Also, there is a bar area (small) with a happy hour M-F 5-7pm & 10-11:30pm.

I had the Vegetali ($15.95) which is spaghetti with your choice of mushroom, broccoli or asparagus. I picked asparagus. The sauce is olive oil and garlic butter (not listed is chili pepper flakes, so if you don’t like it too spicy then request to your liking).

We had a party of four and they served us two loaves or bread sprinkled with sesame seeds on top and butter. There are healthy portions throughout and the prices are reasonable. The place is clean but there was a stray wedge of lemon by our table which was not picked up the entire time we were there.

Food was flavorful and no one had anything negative to say since we were all too busy eating… aside from the chili flakes that I had to send back and have them remake (I can’t do too spicy) all the meals were delicious!

I come here on occasion when I am in the area and have been eating here for more than 9 years. Try their pizza, it is pretty darn good. I also recommend their half and half choices (I.e. ravioli and spaghetti) if you can’t decide and are trying this place out for the first time. Sauce is good and even better the next day if you have the need to take some home. NOTE: I did not get a picture of the half and half which was half ravioli and half spaghetti with meat sauce.

Would love to have eaten here with my 4 friends but as soon as we walked in, the waitress made it seem like we were a burden. None of the staff would greet us and when the waitress did finally speak to us, she was the rudest she could possibly be. What did we do to you?? We let it slide and agreed to wait for a table. Maybe she’s just having a bad night we thought.

After 15 minutes of waiting outside for a table, we were seated at a table that had been open since we got there in the first place.

We were crowded into a small booth when other larger tables were very clearly available. We wanted to ask if we could move but it didn’t matter because neither of the waitresses would even make eye contact with us. They would help other tables, but we didn’t exsist and they clearly wanted us out.

After another 10 minutes of sitting around, another table was seated and served drinks and bread. We weren't even acknowledged All of us at the table began to feel like “why are we even spending money here”.

We finally got up and walked out after one of the waitresses passed our table again after checking on another table.

I’ve worked customer service jobs my whole life. Food service, phone lines, you name it. I UNDERSTAND that it gets stressful, but never have I had an experience more disrespectful and disappointing than I had tonight. Everyone in that restaurant was rude to us for no reason. We are a respectful group just out to get dinner. Treat people how you wish to be treated.

We wont ever come back and you should not support this business. Take your money somewhere...
