Shady. This is a shame because I was a somewhat regular customer, but after today I am not giving my business. I am still waiting for customer support for DoorDash to void my order after 45 minutes of waiting, since you know, HyMart said "just cancel it in DoorDash." It's not that simple.
HyMart won't honor app promotions and will ask you to pay full price after you already arrive. If you don't want to comply with the app promotions, then get your business off the delivery apps!! This is a waste of time and to do that to the customer is not right.
I would have been alright with this (it already felt a bit unfair) but after I waited for my original order to pay full price, they tried charging me extra for another side which I noticed after I checked the receipt. You've been doing this business for how long and suddenly you say the register acts funny? Very strange. Again, this left a very poor taste in my mouth and unfortunately I am not going to endorse this business further. There are many good restaurants out there that would have handled this situation far better - no matter how busy they were.

Honestly with the state of the world, most natural disasters won't get me out of bed, but I will now actually set my alarm just to stop in for a loaded gyro and some hummus and pita. Super easy casual spot, I want to start going through their list of sandos after how perfectly balanced and filling their gyro was, but honestly it's going to be hard not to keep ordering this every time. Super fresh, garlicky hummus, great portions for the price on everything, and a quick easy lunch that doesn't break your wallet.
What else can you ask for? Don't sleep on this place as long as I did, and support every local business you can right now. I got a super fresh, filling, quick meal for less than I'd spend at McDonalds, and I'll probably be back...

Absolutely awful experience in every way. I go in and get orders for a few people, so only 6 sandwiches, yet it still took a half hour. When I finally got the bag she threw it down after being rude the entire time and one of the sandwiches was missing. Going back to get the sandwich that I paid for but she didn’t give me, she said that because I didn’t check the bag she doesn’t have to give me it. After the whole ordeal to get the food in the first place the avocado and cucumber were rotten and disgusting. A bad customer service experience only to get missing and rotten food is unacceptable for anywhere that people can hope to eat.
