If you order pick up ALWAYS double check to make sure your order is correct, especially if you order custom burgers or sandwiches to have no cheese. Every single time I'd get home with my sons order of a double Char without cheese it would, in fact, have cheese all over it. So much that it can't be scraped off so if you have a dairy allergy you are out of luck. If you call the number you get forwarded to a general customer service line who can't or won't be able to help so if you want your order right then you have to go all the way back down there.
If you order Habit delivery via Uber Eats or DoorDash, make sure you either note to the driver to check the order for accuracy (which means the driver will probably touch your food, yuck) or make sure you check it before the driver leaves but even then you have to call Uber or Doordash who will only refund the one item for dairy restrictions so you're outta luck with getting your replacement delivered.
The last time I had to go all the way back down and they did remake my order and confiscated the wrong item which was odd, usually restaurants say they can't take food back but whatever.... and even though I appreciate they remade the food, but for the hassle of having to go all the way down there after I ordered delivery because I didn't feel like driving in the first place and having to leave my son without his order while everyone else was eating was totally weak.
Normally I would not ask for anything else but I was so irritated I told the girl that I should be given some sort of compensation other than an apology. She said there wasn't anything she can do which I knew was not true so I said "well, just see what you can do" .... we went back and forth a couple of times and then she pulls out 2 free charburger coupons.l from her apron.
It's not the free items that was important to me, it was that this had happened at least 3 times before and I was sick of not holding them accountable.
Other than that, the food is good and fresh..... just check for accuracy...

There were no other customers in line and the lady at the register did not even look at me or say a word (she was not busy doing anything else). I was just standing there waiting. Finally, I was looking like, can I walk up to the counter and place my order and she just looked. After a while, she still just looked at me but, then started looking at me like, "Why don't you walk up and place your order. It was awkward. I finally realized that she was not going to say anything and I just need to walk up.
I ordered the Ahi Tuna sandwich and told the person at the register that I wanted it cooked well-done, she said ok, and then I told her it was a to-go order. She acknowledged what I said once again. Then, shortly after, she said, "For here?" I said, "No, to-go." She acknowledged what I said yet again and then, not long after she said, "For here?" I said, "No, to-go."
When my order was finally ready, it had been prepared as a dine-in order. I was not surprised. I then, told a lady, who seemed to be a manager, that I ordered it to-go and had to tell the lady at the register several times that I wanted it to go and it still was made a dine-in order. She did not really act like she cared (no real response). She just said ok, like it was nothing, and told the other employee to prepare it to-go. She obviously did not care! I thought, oooook, it does not matter. Shortly after, I got my food and left.
When I got home and began eating my food, I discovered that my Ahi Tuna was not cooked well-done. I was so hungry and very disappointed!!! But, I was not surprised because it was apparent that they did not care about the customer and what the customer wants.

Burgers are mushy & soggy whenever we get them here, ordered thru door dash & ordered sauce on the side hoping that if we did that the burgers/buns wouldn’t be soggy for once, but once it was delivered we saw they put no sauce on the side (even though we paid extra for 2 sides of ranch and BBQ sauce) so there was literally no sauce on our burgers & no sauce for our fries, which they also forgot one of our fries that came with my husband’s meal. So he ended up having to drive all the way there to Habit (defeating the purpose of ordering door dash so we wouldn’t HAVE to go there) just to get his fries they forgot & our sauce that we PAID extra for. We tried calling but their phone number doesn’t even work because it apparently isn’t connected, absolutely ridiculous.
Update: Habit Listens got in touch with me & truly made our bad experience right. I feel fully taken care of for the experience we had & will continue going to Habit in the future because of Habit Listens. Businesses don’t seem to fix bad experiences, or issues anymore these days, but I can honestly say that Habit does. This is why I am changing my review from 1 star to 4.
