Crumbl — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Worse place to get CRUMBL. Ordered a 6 pack large with 2x oreo cake, 1x peanut butter ft. SNICKERS, 2x caramel shortbread ft. TWIX, and 1x original pink Sugar. Was given a 6 mini pack with all the cookies incorrect... (by the way, I ordered online for pick up at 6pm, wasn't able to be helped until 6:30 pm, even after an online order.)

I went back to double check and let them know the order was wrong, I was then turned away because they were busy. I called to get a refund and ask for their supervisor/manager, but was told he/she will not be in. Was promised to get a call back, and was promised a refund. Never got a call back, and never got a refund. The lady on the phone i spoke with even had the nerve to tell me I should have said something when I grabbed the small pack. I did and was turned away.

It has now been 3 days and I still Have not gotten a call back, and now the location is even saying that they have no record of that order

Not to mention, the atmosphere of this specific CRUMBL is very disrespectful. The workers don't answer anyone, and always give attitude. As a military veteran, I am shocked how terrible the management is in this location, and the service they gave to those who served is very...

Took me a year to try these because a friend said, “They’re just some overpriced cookies.” Well - I completely disagree lol. I have a hard time passing up a good looking cookie - and Crumbl definitely makes the cut for top cookie spots. These cookies are fantastic. Crispy edges and mostly soft. I picked up 4 - the Semisweet chocolate chip (with flaky salt Mmmm), Lemon Glaze, Raspberry Jam - a sandwich cookie with jam and frosting in the middle, and the Golden Oreo base with Cream Cheese frosting… These were very good cookies. I do not like an overly sweet cookie and these are well balanced. Staff was friendly and helpful (it was my first time) - You order through a kiosk… took just a few min to get my box. There is no seating, so I had to be patient and wait until I was home - which was lightweight torture after staring at the cookies while we waited 😅 Highly recommend - Seems like a great gift. Love the boxes. I’m looking forward to trying other flavors next...

I purchased the Kardashian Collaboration box online in the early morning. I scheduled the order to be picked up by 4:30pm. I arrived and a line was out the door at least 20 people waiting. It was chaos the monitor for the orders was down and shut off. It was extremely hot 🥵 inside. Everybody was cutting the line to check on their order. And the two girls in the back were just chatting it up.The poor girl in the front seemed lost and no one was helping her despite the long line. I waited 45 minutes for a pre-order that was already paid for online. Once I got my order they told me they ran out of one of the featured cookie. She replaced it with a boring chocolate chip. You ran out but I placed an order like 12 hours prior. It was the worst service I have ever received and I will need to look for a different location.
