This place is the worst. Stay away from this place! The quality of the food is terrible. I would give 0 stars if I could.
The employees are miserable and constantly get the orders wrong. When you do get your food, it's cold and disgusting! A complete waste of money.
I hadn't been to this location in a while because they're so awful but I decided to give them another chance only for them to completely get my order wrong, AGAIN!
When I told the older guy at the window that my order was missing 4 items, he tells me someone already picked up the order? How is that my problem? They don't check?! He's looking at me like he's waiting for me to leave and I tell him, "I'm here for my order." Then he looks at my order and tells me it's wrong (???!). How is my order wrong? I asked. He has nothing to say and then asks to see the mobile order receipt.
I showed him the receipt and he hands me a bag. I should've KNOWN better and checked because the only thing he got right was the tacos. Everything else was wrong.
The incompetent man with the bad attitude gave me someone else's order!
Not only did I waste my time, I wasted my money.
Don't give this place a chance. The owner will apologize and say they're working on things but the quality and service never get better.
Look at the reviews from years before. Same complaints and same canned response from Jack in the Box. They don't care, they just want your money and forgot all about quality and customer service.
Jack in the Box makes promises it can't keep. It hires people who are terrible at customer service or the culture is toxic because the employees at this location are MISERABLE!
The employees seem upset that customers are patronizing the business and are doing the most to make sure we don't ever come back. It's definitely working! They're great at being the worst Jack in the Box team around here.
Go somewhere else, don't come here. This is the saddest, most disappointing Jack in the Box location in the West side of L.A.
Save your money and time!

On the day, I got an incomplete delivery order, I attempted to contact the store that day and the next, only to leave messages that were never returned.
Saw Rude Doordash driver walked up and down sidewalk looking completely confused on where to deliver. They threw my order at a table on my porch even though I offered to take. After realized order was incomplete Driver blocked my number instantly no way to text and no way to contact Doordash either.
Wether the incomplete order was fault of store or confused delivery driver is an issue.
Only way to refund that day was thru CC company dispute. Eventually given back total on receipt.
Problem is never experienced a worse delivery before or since. Del Taco does not deliver sauce packets thru App, but Jack in the Box delivery...
