You want the awesomeness of flaming swords with smoked meat and pork? Do you want to choose your sides (if any) and not be limited by a set menu? Do you want the goodness of Brazilian BBQ without the expensive prices of every other place? LOOK. NO. FURTHER. This is THE place to get a huge yes for every single one of these questions.

It is a buffet style bar at first, where you'll get to pick what you want as a side for your meat (salads, pasta, mashed potatoes, etc...), and then you go up to the end where they have a huge grill with ALL the swords with meat. Choose your meat, how well cooked it is, and how many slices and they'll serve you up. Then just get charged for the weight of the plate! I usually get a salad or pasta, mashed potatoes, the AWESOME fried plantains (sweet, for dessert) and about 3 slices of 2 to 3 cuts of meat. All this goodness? This meal that'll keep you going all day? $15 or less on average. You'll never wait, there's plenty of seating, and at the end you just walk out and they'll clean up after you. The place is also very nice, with restaurant level chairs, tables, utensils even though it is buffet focused.

Best place my friend ever showed...

I hadn't had a Brazilian feast in awhile and it was an easy choice between this place and the Vegan place across from it. I am too carnivorous for Vegan.

I was impressed with this large, efficiently run restaurant. I like buffets and had my hot, fresh smorgasbord in minutes. I was excited to see the many delicious items and heaped palm hearts salad, olives, corn, fried catfish, beets(excellent), watermelon, luscious fresh avocado slices and beef stew on my plate. Of course, I couldn't pass up the star of the Brazilian buffet show: the delicious array of meats! I ordered slices of lamb, sirloin and plump sausage dumped on my crowded plate.

And how could I pass up an exotic Bohemia malt beer to wash down the food party off my plate.

The nice buffet man rang up my plate weighing who knows how many pounds because I was too busy focusing on cleaning every morsel off that plate for special delivery to my taste buds and stomach.

$56 which was pricey but worth it to satisfy the Carnivore within.

Highly...

Pampas Grill is definitely a gem if you’re craving some seriously delicious Brazilian-style meats! From the moment you walk in, the staff is super friendly and helpful, making the whole experience smooth and welcoming. The buffet-style setup gives you a ton of tasty options to choose from—just keep in mind that it’s priced by weight, so depending on how hungry you are (or how heavy your plate is!), it can get a little pricey.

That said, the food is absolutely worth it. The meats are seasoned to perfection and cooked just right—juicy, flavorful, and melt-in-your-mouth good. The cold bar items also pack a punch with fresh ingredients and bold flavors that really complement the hot dishes.

The overall vibe is more fast-paced; the line moves quickly and it’s more of a "grab, eat, and go" kind of place—but everything is well-organized and efficient. If you’re in the mood for a flavorful, satisfying meal and don’t mind a quicker dining experience, Pampas Grill...

This review is done based on 3 experiences over last 5 months. It is consistently good experience and provide one of the best alternative to Brazilian cuisine without all-you-can-eat pricing model. This restaurant is using pay-by-pound model. They have a cold (salad) and hot bar (spaghetti, rice, plantain, and non Brazilian style meat). Going purely this option is $~13/lb. If you add the Brazilian meat, it goes to $~16/lb. The Brazilian meat choices include cuts of chicken, beef, and lamb. Usually I get the beef and lamb, and they are usually fabulously tender when it's medium. Note: if you see your previous person is cutting the same meat choice u wanted, suggest you to ask the server to cut you the tender part. That way the server won't put the skewer back to the grill (efficiency and you get your tender cut). Drinks: they have Brazilian soda in bottles. They also have wine and several draft beer selections.

The best casual Brazilian churrasco spot in LA! The assortment of meats is sensational. The sirloin cap has a rich beef flavor, and the fat on the edges gets perfectly crisp. The garlic beef is juicy and full flavored, and the spicy chicken really holds its own with the beef dishes with a great spice level and flavor. There’s no shortage of sides; my favorites are the garlic rice and garlic noodles. The plate pictured cost $15, which I find to be a pretty great deal for the quantity and quality of the food. There’s a line at dinner time; it moves, but a little slowly. Plenty of seating and parking though, and there was live music the evening I went.
