Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I'm surprised I haven't left a review after the 3rd time lol...but I go to this location occasionally and when I do I ALWAYS order ahead I'll even leave a few minutes after the ready time and it's still is not ready..First time I arrived I waited in the front for 7 minutes,the Second time AGAIN they hard me park imin the front but I waited 21 minutes;whole time I see the guy manager going in and out and with his kids in the lobby area but not ONCE came to the car to see if I needed help and after seeing cars leaving I pulled back around and got told my order was handed out so I had to wait again for the food ...the third time was just as bad SMH; the food is DEFINITELY good (well depends on who's working if it's the Smaller younger looking manager YES ✅✅✅ but the other bigger Manager NO 🚫🚫 he don't ever seem to help even when I go inside he really acts like he don't speak English..Service time is the only things it needs to progress on other than that I love going to...

I went there around 5:45 and I purchased a number 12 homestyle ranch with two tacos I asked the lady not to put ice she packed the soda with the ice then she forgot to give me a straw so now I'm sipping out of the cup without a straw I went to the same Jack in the box located on Olympic and Soto this morning again I purchased the same thing a number 12 two tacos and a large cup I asked the lady to put light ice and she repacked my glass of ice more ice than soda they're really rude they don't say good morning they don't say nothing they just they don't say nothing they don't even give you a total you know this is the root Jack in the box this is the last time I'm coming I'm sad cuz I work nearby and that's the place that I rather eat from there than McDonald's but now I guess I have to look for...

The girl that served me at the drive thru seemed very unhappy to be there she never smiled at me at all. Then when she was talking to her coworker as she prepared my order she smiled and laughed and was so lively. I was surprised, After she gave me the order I asked her why she didn't smile at me she said she doesn't have time she only has a certain amount of time for each car. At that moment I felt very insulted because I haved work for so many fast food chains including Jack n The Box and that was my priority to smile and of course be fast. I did not take a lot of time to order or at the window. I started to feel because of my race or she just wanted to prove a point that she hated her...
