I always have a great drive thru experience EXCEPT for today . The young gentlemen who took my order was very kind and you can tell he was in that drive thru doing the best that he could . However when I got to the window to get my order there was a woman behind him in a gray uniform shirt rushing him . The young man gave me 2 drinks and still had to give me 1 more drink as I had ordered 3 meals and some sides . The woman kept starring at me with a really rude face and came up to closer to the window and said “ are you waiting for something ?“ And I kindly responded “ yes m’am I’m still waiting for my 3rd drink “ . The young man was filling up my 3rd drink and handed it to me , by then he had already asked me if I needed condiments . I said “ yes please can I have buttermilk, ketchup, and hot sauce “. He was about to grab them for me when the lady in gray uniform shirt moved him to the side to continue taking drive thru orders . And again shes starring at me with a rude face and says “ did you forget something ?” And I proceeded to tell her “ Are you having a bad day ? You’ve been starring at me with a really rude face and giving attitude when all I’m doing was waiting for my drink and condiments but to answer your question yes I’m waiting for my condiments “. She rudely grabs the ketchup and begins throwing it by the window as she’s gathering all condiments together . And I proceeded to telling her “ Don’t throw the condiments that’s unprofessional “ she hands them to me saying “ have a good day “ . I was able to read her Name Tag and her name was “MARTHA”! Maybe Martha needs some customer service training . I understand we all can have a bad day and work under pressure but she shouldn’t take it out on the customers when all we are doing is waiting for our meals . Read moreDear owner, I am a regular customer at this location and am always pleased with the drive through customer service, today I drove by and ordered the southwest chicken salad and the cashier asked if I wanted my chicken hot or cold, she then let me know there was a $2.00 dollar charge to heat up the chicken which was unusual since there was never a charge. I questioned it and a gentleman (not the cashier) responded saying it was a new policy, I suggested they should let that be known on the menu sign so that customers are aware of the change and he responded with “so do you want it or not?!” In a really rude manner, I would understand maybe if I was holding up a line but there was no line I was the only car at the moment, I asked him who he was and he said he was the person in charge, I than asked for his name and he said Salomon, I called him an idiot for being so inconsiderate instead of understanding that customers are not gonna know this information if it’s a new policy and it doesn’t say it on the menu. Salomon thanked me for calling him an idiot, I then drove away and didn’t purchase anything. That was not okay and it’s upsetting because your location is closest to my job and I never had a problem like this before, I would have bought the salad even with the extra charge but the way he replied to my suggestion was just so rude and uncalled for please speak to him about his customer service ethic. Read moreI'm so upset still at the very moment I went to this location as always..today was not my day I asked for a number 10 plain with the patty and bread only the girl in the drive thru got my order completely wrong that was a bad start.. I get to the window give her my money and she gives me this lil bag which is awkward for what I ordered, I looked in the bag it was just a lil 99 cent chicken sandwich and my egg rolls no fries no sandwich.. She said she "thought" o orders just a plain chicken sandwich..hmmmmm no I specifically said a number 10 plain... Mind u I'm still being nice I tell her I can go park cause the line is long and getting longer while she trying to get my order together info park and 15mins later still no girl no food til I realized what the cm is going on.. I got out my car and went inside one of the managers a short Hispanic girl with Two braids in her hair was kinda bitchy with attitude the other manager WENDY WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT... I GIVE HER FIVE STARS FOR HER EFFORT AND COMMUNICATION WITH ME. the other girl and other manager said oh I thought u left when u drove off ..really I'm going to freaking leave with u guys still having all my money.... The only reason I will return is cause of Wendy.. Maybe u should get someone in drive thru who understands...
