This is our Starbucks. We've lived across the street for 4 years. It used to be our go to Starbucks. Key words "USED TO BE". They have gone 100% down hill. My wife and I literally order the same thing every time. Nothing complicated. Soy mocha no whip and a white mocha add shot. They get it right maybe 60% of the time. Although they are in a busy cross section they are also located in a residential area. They used to be really good about asking patrons not to honk in the drive through early in the morning. Not anymore. The traffic and noise caused by the drive through has us looking to move. This morning before work I stopped by and while waiting for 10 minutes I heard a half dozen names called. 3 people that ordered through the mobile app got their drinks and the other 3 were not even present. All while myself and only one other customer sat waiting for the drinks we ordered in store. I finally got up and asked about my drinks and I was told my order had not been started because they were working on mobile orders. I asked for a refund. I was told it would 2-3 days to see my refund yet never one single apology. I got to work just in time and luckily I have an amazing team who put a pot of coffee on before I got in. One order, hot caramel macchiato didn't taste like a macchiato more like vanilla latte and a hint of caramel, and i had that drink here numerous times. Anyhoo, i decided to switch locations. Besides customer service kinda went down here in last few months, this location used to be one of my faves, not anymore. Decided to give this location another chance, I went ahead and placed another order form here and again so not satisfied. My drink was missing like about 1 1/2 of my pumkin spice latte. It happens most of the time when you ask with whip or their foam, they skimp out on coffee. I pay for coffee not foam/whip. Requested a refund and it was not given to me, went something like- "unfortunately we will not be able to provide you with a refund for your item this time" huh, why NOT? I ordered through mobile app since it says that the location open 24 hours, had my boyfriend went over to pick up the drink but the worker said they're closed already and did not get any online orders because they already "close all the tablets" so my boyfriend showed them the order I made and the only reply was "we don't have any orders, we don't have any drinks". How does that make sense? He called me to tell me what happened so I had him go back to ask for the refund or something but the worker locked the door and completely IGNORED my boyfriend at all cost. Why would I be able to order from YOUR OWN APPLICATION if I can't get my order? It's not like I order through third party or anything and I can't get a refund on my app so I wasted my money for nothing!
