Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Very unprofessional, I felt discrimination for the first time. I went to the drive thru, because I was in a hurry to be at my appointment. It's Friday Feb 26th 4:05 am . I'm just coming for a milkshake when the female operator said the system was down I had to wait until 4:20 am. For the system to be back up . So even though I really didn't have the time to wait I did because I wanted a milkshake And was determined to get one .. after I waited till 4:20am I respected to return into the drive thru getting to the back of the line again. When it was time to take my order . She went silent on me for almost 10 mins while other people behind me started honking and leaving .. I said again I just wanted a Oreo cookie milkshake , finally she response and said there is no cookie .. so I said okay a strawberry milkshake then . She responded there's no strawberries,. So I'm like she's playing with me knowing she's lying the whole time so i said fine and milkshake and then she replied the milkshake machine isn't working .. I'm like wow not only did she like to me but she wasted my time when she could have said that before I started waiting till 4:20 am for the system to be back up . I'm really upset about how I was treated and the level of unprofessional behavior displayed in the drive thru to me making me late and upset because she was changing to excuse of why she couldn't take my order and clearly lying to me. .. I never felt so helpless considering all I wanted was a milkshake and now I I'm leaving unsatisfied and uncomfortable with how she made me feel when if she was truthful why didn't she just say the milkshake machine isn't working in the first place... I don't know how employees are able to even display that type of behavior with a customer and be allowed to interact with customers in that manner and due to the level of disrespect given to still obtain access to interact with any customers after showcasing unprofessional & disrespectful interaction . Causing me to feel hurt and wondering is this what discrimination feels like since this is the first time ever anybody at any place of business has made me feel so sad 😔. I don't even want to return to this place ..I feel even embarrassed to order anything from here. Truly a experience I never want to go thru again .. long story short I do not recommend this place of...

I read the reviews and do not understand the way people are judging this place, IMO this is one of the worst jack in the box out there the customer service is always rude and uncalled for, you have young kids here serving you without knowing what customer service is, not knowing how to respect the person they are serving, and not giving respect under the establishment they're serving. The majority of the time that I visit and I've visited numerous times the people that are taking your order in drive thru or in restaurant, give off this very strong attitude that they despise their job in every meaning of the name and the only reason they're there is basically for the wage since it's hourly. The manager whoever they are should be ashamed for having people acting like this under their employment and should find stronger suiters who have a very acute knowledge of what customer service is because it's so lost at the moment. Also almost everytime ive been there I've been missing something from my order and have gotten an attitude for going back and trying to get it right, so yes check your bag EVERYTIME without question. Mainly this place is in serious in very serious need of help because whoever is the boss there has given up on customer satisfaction and just cares about the money coming in put a burger King there or a McDonald's I bet they would...

I live practically across the street from JITB so I've been there a lot. I definitely dont want this review to come across negative but I do want to give my honest opinion. First let me say that the employees at the drive thru ( my usual way of ordering) have been great, very friendly and professional and I rarely have an issue with my order being incorrect, my issues have been with the quality of the food. I know its fast food and I don't expect any gourmet creations but I do expect the food to look somewhat appetizing not thrown together and messy before I even unwrap it. This doesn't happen a lot but enough for me to comment. I love their breakfast food and the soda selection is the best in my area, I go here a lot just for drinks.
