Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I am a service driver. I e, Lyft yeah, Uber. When you do late night shifts nothing could be more satisfying then finding a fast food restaurant open, that you can appreciate. Although the bad part of this review is, I was denied the restroom. Is that a big deal? When you drive at night and almost every gas station is suspicious of you, yes, it's a very bad thing. Most of us are forced to find a Denny's, norms, and sometimes if we can, we talked our way into a gas station restroom. When you are drowsy at night or you really need to pee or you really need to dump. The worst thing you can do to any service driver whether it be of convenience or a real legit service driver, ambulance ambulance, is to lie about the status of the restroom. Don't lie to me. You don't want to get your hands dirty, I get it. I did retail for nearly 30 years and having the train Duty having restroom Duty is probably the most horrible job assignment ever especially when you're growing up and it's your first job and you are kind of expected to know how to deal with a clogged toilet. As a fellow decade long Valley Village resident who has been coming to Wienerschnitzel for years now I hate to leave a negative review but here it goes.. Me and my wife sat down to eat food on their tables (food from the nearby taco truck) and one male employee came out and rudely told us to leave and that we couldn't sit there, then a female employee came out as backup and verbally attacked us like we were criminals. I totally understand policy on no outside food but OMG, the way we were spoken to was soooo disrespectful and uncalled for. Both employees charged at us like we stole something personal of theirs! Great Job Management of Wienerschnitzel! You trained these employees to be cold blooded and abuse their authority. I'm wondering if they'll get a bonus for this lol. I didn't even get a chance to buy my kids the mini corn dogs and chili burgers they wanted when we called them to bring food back home. We will not be going back to this location...

Love the chocolate sundaes! Buy the drive thru line was very long, and took awhile to get through it. Although they sort of compensate for the long line, by having employees walk out to your car window and physically take your order by hand, so the cook can start making it before you even reach the menu with the speaker where you normally order in the drive thru line. This was really helpful, by the time I got to the speaker, the employee on foot had already taken my order, my card for payment, and brought me my order, so I was enjoying my sundae for the rest of the time stuck in the drive thru line, which made it much more bearable! Overall it's a Great location, as far as the friendliness of the staff and them working hard to make you happy and get the orders out quickly....
