I really hate that it came to this! But, after being burned twice by Navat Shawarma, I feel the need to leave a review in hopes that just maybe they’ll think a little differently about how they run their business and treat their customers. It doesn’t help that I am a little hangry now.
The first let down was when I was extremely excited to eat here after having eaten here once before. Was quite impressed, well I travelled the distance, and when I got to the location, they weren’t there, but online said they were and that they were open. That’s fine, I’ll get them another day. I went 5 minutes to Pita Kitchen (which I was not disappointed YUM)
What has me writing this review now, is I just got home after having raved about this place to my husband who was excited to try it. I once again went the distance to come to Navat Shawarma, super excited! I see it there, tables out on the sidewalk for you to sit, customer in line waiting for his food, cook behind the grill watching the steam coming from the chicken, boy was I excited! We stand there pick out what we want from the menu and the guy from behind the counter shakes his head no and that they’re closed! But the sign right below him says OPEN 12pm - 10:30pm. I think bummer just missed it! We get in the car I look at the clock and it was 10:15! They were not closed! They just denied service! Even though the cook was sitting there cooking a mans dinner. So disappointed.
If you want to save the disappointment, and know that you’ll get AMAZING Chicken Shawarma, head over to Pita Kitchen. It’s 5 minutes away and it’s the tastiest in the valley.
I will say, the 2 times that I’ve had this Navat Shawarma chicken wrap, they load it with sauce, which does take away from the authenticity of some good Shawarma....

The pilaf I ordered was simply magnificent - perfectly cooked rice with a rich aroma of spices. This dish was a true culinary delight. The manti and samsa, each prepared with care and flavor, are also worth mentioning.
It’s wonderful to know that Navat Shawarma has both a food truck and a cafe, offering the comfort of sitting down and enjoying a meal in a pleasant environment. This adds convenience and allows for a choice between a quick bite on the go and a relaxed dining experience. I highly recommend Navat Shawarma to anyone looking for high-quality and delicious food in various formats!”

And when we called you and said that you sent one instead of three, you told me that or sorry we tired and two shawarma’s we forgot on the table. Are you guys serious?! That's what if you're are tired?then why you take an order, don't take it if you are tired or you wanna that customer call you before you place an order and find out the guys, hey you're tired or not? to make sure that you don't missed my order on the table)) Guys, i am also work with customers, but you don't explain and justify your joint to customer for your inattentiveness and oversight with the childish excuses. Or you provide the service properly or be ready to read not good reviews regarding your service !! P.S i give you 5 stars because I don’t wanna your google...
