Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I took a star away because if the price is different at different locations say so in your adverts. I am on a budget this week, but it would not matter if I was not. I wanted some tasty junk food and that is Jack in the Box. I saw the advert for a 5$ meal. Great, I thought. It was $6. Now does the dollar upset me, yes, if I am told 5$ let's have that. That is my little rant--I am not happy about this though.

Jack in the box is a huge chain and they are all pretty much the same. They have burgers, breakfast sandwiches, tacos, fries and really good shakes. There food is not even close to fine dinning. You do get about what you pay for. If you don't want fatting food, go elsewhere. I love all of it. They have these tiny tacos that come in a pack that are great. Are they filled with great things, of course not. They are little deep fried tacos with some meat in them and they are lovely.

Their shakes are much better than most fast food places. They even have whipped cream on the top. They are very tasty.

They have a nice selection of burgers and breakfast sandwiches. They even have great root beer.

The service is always nice and the line moves fast. This time we got it through the drive thru and it was speedy.

The area is kept clean and whenever we have been inside to eat it has always been kept super clean.

I have been coming to this jack since I was a small kid about 25ish years and unfortunately they have been lowering the quality of their food the last few times I've been there I have gotten sick. Various times I was served food that was not good for example super greasy tacos, so greasy that the oil managed to get through the bag and onto my car mats (drive thru order) most of the time their fries are all broken up especially the curly fries they serve you just bunch of tiny pieces that are burnt or dried up. The worst part of all this is that if you don't double check your order before you leave, for sure you will be missing something or you will get something you didn't order like what happened to me just this past weekend. I went and made a drive thru order and when I got my food I noticed they were missing a large curly fries and my tacos, when I get home I opened up my child's chicken nugget box I had ordered and it was not chicken nuggets it was a chicken sandwich. Luckily my child is not very picky so she still ate it but it was not...

Went there to get tacos and my order was short a few tacos. So I called and told them about it. The guys that answered was very helpful and kind and we agreed that I was going to go back the following day so I went and the lady that was making and made my tacos the day before said that she did give me all my tacos. The guy did asked if I wanted either the tacos or my money back wich of course I wanted my tacos. I understand that a lot of people just complain to get free items. I'm not like that, I'm not the person that usually complains but this isn't the first time they messed up my order but this is the first time I actually complain about it. It really bothered me that the lady said she gave me my full order when she didn't actually. Maybe she did think she gave it to me. Because she gave me in 6 instead of the 12 I ordered so she might've been confused. I got my tacos the next day. And I will be going back since my family loves...
