Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Los Angeles

The new management at this location has ruined what used to be my go-to JitB. Today, for the 2nd time in a row, they have shorted my mobile order. I even asked, "is it all there this time?" And was assured, "Yes. The boss checked and said it's all there." Well, last time they forgot my free curly fries and today they forgot the 2 hash browns with my breakfast combos. Short of pulling everything out of the miniscule bag in which they stuff my order and spreading it out over the front seat of my car in the drive thru, I foolishly took their word for it. And don't bother calling later to complain - the phone just rings & rings and after a minute + it goes busy. Most of the workers I used to see here are gone and a new crew of useless and lazy workers are in their place. There are a couple of the old reliables (the one who assured me "the boss checked") still here, but it's obvious the new owner has them cowered. I'm done with this place and suggest you don't waste your time...

Got Jack in the Box coupons in the mail. Oh boy the excitement! Seeing the barrage of adds on TV, those scrumptious, big cheeseburgers, fresh crispy yiammy food, how could I resist going after being away for years? Garbage! What a horrible disappointment. Who eats this stuff? Shame on the misleading advertising. Nothing like the ads. Where are the lawyers when you need them? Dirty restaurant, trashy bathroom, homeless people inside, terrible. Bottom line: this stuff is not even worth the coupon paper they are printed on lol. Eat at your own risk. Only positive is the happy smiles of employees who work there earning $20 an hour. I stopped by this Jack in the Box today to take advantage of the T-Mobile Tuesday deals on the Jumbo Jack. I came to this Jack location because I was across the street dropping off a package at FedEx. This Jack location is very small and they only have 3 parking spots inside the small lot so I think it's met to be for drive thru. I placed my order through the mobile app but it still took a while for my food to be ready. The app said 5 minutes but it took over 10 minutes.
