Someone else mentioned the drive thru guy, but wow, he was so rude for no reason. There’s barely any conversation when I place a mobile order so to walk away with this impression after less of a minute interaction is mind boggling. I think he was a manager too because another employee asked him a question and seemed to be following his instructions. I asked for ranch, and he ended up giving me a handful of the creamy lime avocado sauce instead? This location has gotten my actual order wrong multiple times too. Food is standard and location is convenient, but I will no longer come here due to the inconsistency...

I've noticed it's cheaper than other fast food. Went through the drive through but I noticed that a chicken sandwich was only about 1.70. I used to go to carles Jr 3 years ago and it was 1.31 for a chicken sandwich now it's over 2.40. I saw a couple others things but don't remember the names. The food was pretty good and stands to reason many options are considerably cheaper than other fast food. However I did have to wait a little bit to get the food. It came out piping hot. I would like to think it's because they made it to order instead of pre made on a hot plate. It did taste fresh so I'm going...

I'm happy with the speed of the service. That the beverage I ordered was full to the top of cup and had the correct amount of ice. Im very happy that they added chili cheese burger combos to the menu for a fair price. Someone finally figured out that the other people offering chili had no one to compete with. Very happy with the mini tacos as well. Also I think that having a haunted drive thru event tonight and tomorrow is a very good idea.
