The Northridge Botanical Garden is at the college. The gps direction took me to the health building parking lot F3 where you need a special permit to park. I parked beyond the space, just for my health, and so I could use the restroom. .. There is an open gate in parking lot F3, that obviously sez walk through me to the Garden. There was an inviting bench in what looked like a forest with stepping stones and walked on paths in whimsical patterns. There was only one plant in there that was beginning to bloom. It was orange. Later as I walked the small garden,.. 3xs, I found the official opening to the Botanical Gardens on the left hand side of the original gate. You can't park there either. You can only park in building G3 for $10.45 a day... Maybe less depending on how long you're staying. It was not what I thought it would be but it made me laugh.
