I have a lot of people who look at my reviews and follow them so I feel some sense of responsibility of what I say. So I only tell the truth in my whole experience and I state facts. 3 years ago I left a bad review for this Jack in the box. 3 years later today nothing has changed. The service is horrible they have attitudes, my food order is never right I have lost over $20 buying food at this Jack in the box because they either forgot to put an item in the bag or they got my order wrong it seems like they just can't get it right. My grandmother got sick from the egg rolls from one order. I feel instead of getting my lawyers I'm going to just stop going to this place. I have 30,000 followers on YouTube and I'm going to just warn them in advance and as many people as I can not to eat at this establishment. The workers are racist and I don't like to throw that word around but like I said at the beginning of this review I state facts. My experience almost brought tears to my eyes I'm walking up to Jack In The box back hurting have to take care of my grandmother when I get home don't feel like cooking came up to be order window they denied me they said the order window was closed which was a lie because I stood there smoke a cigarette and they helped six Hispanic people it's not fair it's not right and I feel like everyone deserves service not just the ones they feel like giving service to. I have had too many bad experiences here I have lost money as I said and my grandmother has gotten sick from this establishment because of the negligence of them listening to the specific modifications of my order. I have worked in many restaurants and now that I am doing social media and mukbangs and vlogs I now have a voice and I responsible with that voice. I feel everyone deserves a job but not the ones who don't want to work. Jack in the box was one of my favorite places to go to late at night snacks grew up with this place in the neighborhood to be treated like this by an establishment that I have invested so much money into it's downright disrespectful so I'm going to put all of my energy into boycotting this Jack in the box on 103rd not every Jack in the box because I still love you guys just this one on 103rd let's make this a Chick-fil-A or Wendy's because Jack in the box obviously does not want to be here or serve us the right way. BRIANNA took my order as follows⊠I ordered two orders of tacos, 7 jalapeño poppers, a sourdough jack combo w/ curly fries and a medium orange drink, I specifically added another medium coke on the side. I drive up to the window and somehow my order was wrong or she made a mix up and charged me for ONLY 4 tacos I even pulled out a bigger bill to pay for my order. How does all of the above sound anywhere near JUST two orders of tacos. Instead of calling a manager to correct the issue she insisted that I couldnât make any add-ons at the window. After receiving my order from KARINA she closed the drive thru window on my face while i was still talking. Then she ignored me while I was attempting to get her attention because I needed more condiments. Her co workers saw me but Karina turned her back on Me and she acted like she owned the place.
