Watts Burgers — Restaurant in Los Angeles

So long to be the first to admit I've been coming here for a long time and will say they have some of the best burgers around but on this visit it was just all wrong. While I was waiting for my food to be picked up I witnessed a woman ask a simple question to the lady taking orders the question was why was there waiting to be instead of a polite answer or just not even acknowledging the worker of this establishment so the customer I could have asked you why your hair looks like that when that was no need. For me customer service is where a lot of black businesses failed and the comment made by the cashier was not necessary the customer didn't ask the question in a nasty or condescending way it was a simple question that she felt like she should ask. The way she was treated in returns as a long way about this business and the ethics of the employees because as a customer we are who keeps you in business and if I can't ask you a simple question you're not deserving of my heart or money and not to mention I was charged $14 for a bacon cheeseburger, NO fries NO drink and just in case the business reads these and want to track it down, I was order number 90 on Thursday...

This has to be one of the worse food experiences i have ever seen. Don’t wast your time the woman here in the window has a nasty condescending attitude . I asked questions regarding the coolaid being 7 dollars when they only cost a few cent to make . The cup cost more than the actual beverage. She was very rude , she made me uncomfortable with spending . Let me tell you rn u get more bees with honey than salt ms mamas . Y’all wonder why there’s a go fund me to keep this place open it’s bc the cashier is running a way all the customers , i had no problem with spending 18 dollars on a combo . I do it everywhere else i have no problem with supporting my people but when when it comes with bad attitudes i cannot . I’ll never pay someone to disrespect me . She so happy to turn away paying customers . My burger would have paid for her hourly rate , good luck messing with that...

The burgers could be good ash one day and bad ash the next. Really a hit or miss and I think it’s based on who makes them fr. I love the patty melts though. The fries are ehhh.. hell sometimes u might not get fries cause they ran out lol. They done ran out of fries .. certain bread. The koolaid a hit and miss too depending on the flavors used. Now the customer service ? Folks not lying when they say some of them be having attitudes. I paid for ranch on the side when I paid for my order.. the girl forgot and told me I have to pay. I told her I already did she caught an attitude about it. Like how u forget that fast? But hey I love the patty melts so I still eat...
