My order cost me $39.38 the 5 piece Crispy chicken strips being the most expensive item at $8.99. When I got home I notice the chicken strips missing. The guy at the drive through wearing a hoody and cap confirmed to me that my order was complete so I trusted his judgment an error on my part . When I called Them I advised them I could not return since I live a bit far and didnât want to waste my gas and time. I told them I would go back in the morning. They said they would leave a note for the morning shift. When I got there the manager Loren told me there was no note. She asked for my receipt which I had to go back to my and get. When I went back in she looked at my receipt and told me she could not give me the item missing nor could she give me a refund because she did not know who the shift leader was working last night although all the information was on the receipt So basically I got ripped off for $8.99. Loren who is the manager/cook was very rude and would not look an me when talking to me. After attempting to calm her down she tried to find out who the shift leader was last night, but when she couldnât she just told another employee to put 3 chicken tenders I. The fryer, not even the correct order. Unsatisfied with the rudeness I told her to to forget it and left the store. Her response was ok and shrouged her shoulders with an âI DONT CAREâ attitude.    Read moreI stopped by this Jack in the Box today to take advantage of my tmobile Tuesday coupon on the jumbo Jack burger. I pick this location because it was on my way back from work. I put in my order over the mobile app and selected a later time. I also got my wife her spicy chicken sandwich, stuffed jalapenos and got regular fries for myself. When I arrived at my pickup time, I was planning on going inside but there was a large moving truck that tooked up the whole parking spots so I had to go to the drive thru line. There was 4 cars in front of me so I had to wait. I just told the person in the drive thru that I was picking up a mobile order. She give me my order quick and I went home to eat it. My fries were basically cold and not warm or hot at all. My jumbo Jack burger, my wife spicy chicken sandwich and her jumbo Jack was all warm so I knew it was fresh. The fries on the other hand I believe just sat out and was not freshly made or put in a warm area to stay fresh so the fries were not good at all. You can see in my picture that the fries were all stuck together when I pour them out on a plate. My jumbo Jack was fine and I customize it. My wife like her spicy chicken sandwich and stuffed jalapenos. I asked for three buttermilk ranch and three ketchup packets when I placed my order, I only got 2 buttermilk, a bunch of ketchup packets and a bunch hot sauce packets for some reason. I came here yesterday and it was a complete circus. I ordered 3 jack wraps and 2 fries. I only got 1 wrap and 1 fry. When I went inside the store, I only felt worse when there was a customer yelling at the staff for poor service. When the customer demanded the manager, it took way longer than necessary for the manager to appear, and when taking the customers complaint the manager walked away and had the head chef take care of it. How unprofessional of a MANAGER! Please fire your current manager , so the staff there can be lead correctly and you guys can continue to be the brand you want to be!
