Jackie's Family Bakery — Restaurant in Los Angeles

If this place got a bad review you’re either rude and impatient or just over expecting. This place gives small mountain town charm in the big city. It reminds me of the bakery in Payson Arizona that’s now closed. I’ve been to this place twice and ordered once from Uber eats. Yummy each time. We got the spinach mozzarella quiche, blueberry muffin and a lemon poppyseed muffin, both were simply incredible. The lemon poppyseed is my new fav but the blueberry is classic. We also got a few sandwiches. The Italian submarine and the tuna sandwich are both delicious. The submarine roll is my favorite bread. The tuna comes on a lovely toasted brioche bun with lettuce, tomato, and they missed the mustard but luckily I was home so I just used my mustard and they still get 5 stars because the love they put in to everything. Bought sandwiches there 2 times for my son. He liked them but the young girl that works there does not seem as nice as the other woman, who I assume is close relative. The last time I went there I did get there about 7 minutes before closing time. The problem I have with that is the young girl told me they stop making sandwiches 5 minutes before closing while I had to wait about 2 minutes before I could get her attention because there was no one out front. Anyways, it ended up better for me as I found that Gelson's sandwiches are bigger and better, according to my son as far as quality. They're obviously bigger. Also you can get a side at Gelson's for $2 more for a total of $13. A much better buy, in my opinion. Won't be returning to this...

Juan and his staff are Awesome, I have never been disappointed with Jackie's Family Bakery. Their prices are very affordable. Their minimum for delivery is more than fair, they are always on time and their drivers are very friendly. Their products are always very fresh and delicious, they offer breads, rolls, cookies, danish, muffins, pies, cakes and several other options of sweet culinary delights. They also offer seasonal baked goods, they accept credit cards and deliver. You must place your order before 2pm the day before or more time is needed during holidays or busy seasons .
