I have social anxiety and so I'm more aware of what everyone is doing around me because it affects me as soon as I get there the girl with no mask blonde hair and rude attitude helped us out I was telling her I wanted an Amazon aƧaĆ bowl without banana and strawberries because I'm allergic and she then tells me then what do you even want in it with attitude not to be helpful but to make fun of she then turns to her coworker telling him how I'm weird and it's weird that people do that and laughs while he agrees I felt so upset and uncomfortable so I left and told my sister to get it then my sister comes out and gives me my bowl it was literally liquid there was no way I can eat that and if I froze it, it wouldn't have tasted very good since the granola would get a weird texture and not taste good it was a bad experience and ruined my whole day with everything happening with COVID the fact that she wasn't wearing a mask was disgusting and the fact that she was so rude towards my allergies and being so judgey towards me as soon as I walked in with her stank face is bad for business I seen a lot of bad reviews about her since I looked at the reviews the experience sucked I manage a place that sells acai bowls I couldnāt believe how she made it pure liquid could have been a drink I didnāt even eat it bad experience wish they...

(Usually go to Kreation but none located in the area) Great selection of juices and smoothies. Staff not so hippie dippie as Kreation. Definitely will be my go to for juices šš¼
However I did notice the negative review regarding female staff. My staff person (female) was ok. But thatās all...just okay. And another staff person (male) could have been a little friendlier...but wasnāt rude.
I just think sometimes the younger generation service industry donāt quite understand what real customer service is. (Ex.greet with a smile, eye contact, some energy in your voice, āhave a great dayā...etc. ) Especially located next to a Smoke Shop...customers might think the lack of energy has something to do with being a bit stoned......

However, I was disappointed by how they handled their loyalty program. After purchasing 10 items, youāre only allowed a free juice or smoothie. Since I donāt like their smoothies selection and only ordered fruit cocktails, I asked if I could substitute my reward for a fruit cocktail or even a pistachio gelato (which costs less), but both requests were denied.
I understand policies, but this lack of flexibility for loyal customers felt unappreciative. I expected better treatment given my support, and sadly, itās made me reconsider returning. I hope they rethink their approach to reward programs...
