KFC — Restaurant in Los Angeles

No one speak english. I left my debit card there. I called the next day from the time they opened until my 45 minutes drive when I walked to the front counter. Guess what they answered the phone. They said the internet does not work very well. Bullshi.. I asked can I have my debit card? (in spanish). The women did not look around, move or even pretend to look around. Did not pretend to search inside the register. She said "no esta a que" (it is not here). I said you haven't even looked around. She told me. I would call it in to the bank. (no sh$$) I left it here. Can you try pretend looking for my debit card ? she stepped by a doorway to talk to another lady. Then walked back. no its not here (In spanish). I said you haven't even tried looking for my debit card. Omg! that place is ran by rolly polly...

I found a small hair on my biscuit and what looked like small bugs and a silver looking object. I ordered macaroni and cheese but they gave me coleslaw instead. I ordered the chocolate cake and it was very wet, dripping liquid. They didn't wear gloves or hairnets. I can’t eat there again. Update: KFC Headquarters said they would contact me about this issue, they said that over 3 times and it’s been almost 2 months now and they have never contacted me. I even called the store that gave the food and told them my issues. They said we can replace the food but not give you a refund talk to headquarters about a refund. Due to how this business treats it’s customers I will never eat from this business again...

January 2022-Terrible service, the short lady with the hat is rude. She didn't complet my order and she proceeded to prepare someone else's food, I tried to tell her something but she kept asking me to repeat myself while giving me her bsck. Very rude! She had a very negative attitude and vibe. The soda fountain was out of two drinks and when I told her about it she just said "well don't get any". The owner or manager here must not inspect that everything is in working condition. Definitely NOT coming back here.
