So, this is an oldschool spot thats been here forever since years ago, when it was a very dangerous area. Sketchy neighborhood that feels like Mexico. PARKING IN REAR. OR STREET PARKING. Their food is delicious. It feels like their Asada is what Taco Bell mimic'ed, if that makes sense. Lots of their entrees rock. Go to the cashier and order from their extensive Menu. Then they'll call you when your food is ready. If youre ordering Tacos or a Burrito, then pick it up from the Taco Stand on the side. This restaurant is Family Oriented and they work hard for generations. The Owner is here late working the till. TIP them well. They work hard. I DIDNT BOTHER WITH USING THE BAÑO. The cleanliness is the deal breaker for me many times. The Taco Stand Paisa Cooking misunderstood me and gave me double my order. I didn't trip! I went to the Lady and told her what happened and its cool and I paid whatever it costed. I think the Paisa guy was tired. I was too! Lol. I shared the rest with a neighbor. I had already given them a decently Fat Tip. The whole restaurant's customers are usually all Paisas. Its somewhat of a Popular Late Dinner Spot. Formica Tables. Im gonna stop by again when I can and try more of their Menu. I recommend this spot if one likes Mexican Food and is in the area. As always, be aware of one's surroundings.

I’ve been coming here for a few years. I love the food here. The only thing I noticed that I didn’t like was the cilantro and the onions are left out in the back literally by 12 feet from the restroom out in the open for flies to land on, today, I ordered a burrito chicken burrito with everything but cheese. The burrito was tiny, and when I been into it, it had bones in it it had nerve it had More bone and nerve than chicken. It was all rice and beans. I told the owner and she said oh I watched him put chicken in there and I gave her the plate with the bones. She didn’t say nothing horrible Service oh and the man the line preparing the food was not wearing gloves. He came from the back, and I asked the owner at the register if he could put gloves on before he makes my burrito, and she gave me some excuse that he doesn’t wear gloves because it releases toxins from gloves, regardless , don’t know if he washed his hands or not but be careful of this place , this is the back where they chopped up the cilantro and the onions and right now there’s a man chopping up mushrooms out of the back of his van in the open . 🤢

Went on a busy Sunday night. There was a gentleman near the entry doorway singing live karaoke with a semi filled tip jar next to him and a line out of the door. Walking in the doorway you can see a cloud of white, followed by the smell of meat and whole charred onions. As I got closer to order, I saw a single man working at an incredible pace. Almost as if his hands were dancing to the harmony of the music in the background. The choices were simple. Al pastor or carne asada..easily picked 10 of each. Surprisingly, it was done in a matter of seconds. It’s not your regular taco joint. They give you the opportunity to sit down, enjoy, and talk..even listen to the atmosphere. The cars passing by in the street alongside, the cries of a toddler who immediately gets held by her mother, or the hoop earrings of a chicana as she walks by with her homegirls. It’s not about the establishment, but the love and dreams in the atmosphere while having a taste of home. I recommend 10/10. Grab a coke. The glass one, thank me later.

I would frequent Taqueria La Naranja because it is conveniently located near my job and it was an easy option to get a breakfast sandwich with turkey. They forgot to put egg in my sandwich so I went to get my order fixed. I just gave the bag holding the incorrectly prepared order to the cashier, explained the situation and went to sit down because I expected my order to be corrected. I also want to add that I order the same thing every time I come in to this establishment.

Instead of getting my order fixed, the cook instead looked over to me in a way that signaled to me that I should walk over to join their conversation. The cook then starts asking me how did I order my food and if I specified that I wanted egg. I responded, “I ordered the same breakfast sandwich with turkey that I order multiple times a week, I don’t know what kind of breakfast sandwich comes without egg. I thought the order was taken correctly since the price matched my usual order.”.

I was met with more debate from the cook, so I decided to just get a refund instead of continuing a conversation that could’ve been fixed by just frying some eggs and throwing them into the sandwich I brought back with me, instead the cook decided to keep up this conversation that turned a small issue into a reason for me to never return here. If this is how they treat regulars, then I will take my business elsewhere.

This place has a C grade, and apparently cleanliness isn’t their only shortcoming. The staff is rude and incompetent. Come here at your own risk, there are much...

update They put the lid in the horchata and it opened up when I tried to drink it. They charged me a refill....$2 WHEN IT WAS THEIR FAULT. THE FOOD IS GREAT. We dinned there and my last order was to go. I guess since we ate there, she assumed it was to eat there. (She didnt pay attention-listen) when I clearly stated to GO. When she gave the food I told her it was to go, she rolled her eyes and told the cook it was to go. IT'S JUST THE PERSONNEL-CASHIER THAT NEEDS AN UPGRADE OR TAKE CUSTOMER SERVICE LESSONS. So they stop rolling their eyes at you.i mean your buying it's not free. Happened 07-21-2024 8:30 pm

CAN SOMEONE TELL THEM TO MAKE REAL AVOCADO SAUCE AND NOT ZUCCHINI WITH GREEN TOMATILLOS PLEASE? Love the prices, but recently they put in a new cashier who thinks she's Miss Universe and she's all that. Looks at you as if you can't afford to eat there. They don't serve you eggs after certain hours? The prices are very economical within everyones reach. Great food Large variety. you can get tacos, burritos, tortas, quesadillas, sopes chicken or beef and rice like at yoshi. Asada with salad, beans, and rice. Flautas tacos fritos, Club sandwiches, Shrimp and a burger combo with salad or French fries, And much much more. 🍟 IT'S JUST THE PERSONNEL THAT NEED AN UPGRADE OR TAKE CUSTOMER SERVICE LESSONS. So they stop rolling their eyes at you....
