KFC — Restaurant in Los Angeles

If I could give this place a zero, I could. First of all, this place is very dirty. The restroom is disgusting and let anyone use it. If they can’t keep a single restroom and dining room clean, I could only imagine the disgusting things in the kitchen. Second, they should really consider the people they put at their cashier. The person we had as the cashier was not the best. English was definitely not her language. But even then, I also spoke Spanish to help her assist me with my order. After she stated that the meal I showed her was exclusively online only, I pointed at the menu that I would just get the regular 8pc meal. It was only after my family decided to dine in that we realized we got chicken tenders instead of drumsticks and thighs. She tried justifying her actions by blaming it on me when I clearly told her that I was ordering something else. Thankfully my family ate what we received, but we will definitely not be...

You won't believe the shocking incident that happened to me at KFC. I ordered a bucket of delicious fried chicken, all excited to dig in. But as I reached in for a piece, I was horrified to find a fried rat nestled among the crispy chicken! My appetite vanished in an instant as I screamed in disgust. I immediately called the manager, who was equally shocked and apologetic. They assured me that it was an extremely rare occurrence and offered a full refund along with a 60% discount for my next order as compensation. It was a disturbing experience, but KFC handled the situation with utmost professionalism. No legal action was made as I see no reason to do that. I'll definitely be more cautious before indulging in my favorite fast food...

Went there about two nights ago with my girlfriend... very horrible service from some guy named Kevin who worked there... not only did he make me feel rushed but he left the register to go talk to a coworker while in the dinning area about why his girlfriend broke up with him... when we got home which was 5 minutes away! My tacos had broken shells and few napkins and no sauce.. this is the second time we been there and had not only bad service but the place was dirty! It said that when I got home we threw our food away cause of how bad it looked! Giving one star is being to nice to this place and to the crappie employees...
