If you’re in the Valley and you haven’t tried LA West BBQ yet, you’re missing out on absolute perfection. I just had their Philly cheesesteak with fries, and I’m still thinking about it hours later.

The Philly cheesesteak was incredible the bread was perfectly toasted on the outside but soft and warm inside, holding in juicy, tender slices of beef that melted in my mouth. The cheese was creamy and rich, coating every bite, and the onions and peppers were cooked just right soft but still with a little bite, adding the perfect sweetness and crunch.

And the fries? Crispy golden edges with that satisfying crunch, fluffy on the inside, and perfectly seasoned so every fry had flavor. The kind you keep reaching for even when you’re full.

Walking in, you can feel this is someone's dream. Bright and open, clean and welcoming, you are greeted by friendly and obviously invested staff. And THE FOOD!! Not only delicious and fresh, but so affordable!! For lass than $50, we got 2 sodas, a pork belly wrap, a beef shawarma, and medium pepperoni pizza. Armenian pizza I was told and it's fantastic crust! Just like a by-the-slice place I used to go to in San Francisco. The pork belly was perfectly crispy and flavorful, the beef was chopped and perfectly cooked as well- both wrapped in the most flavorful breads, fresh ingredients and tasty sauces, and served so hot and fresh. This company just catered lunch for our medical office in Northridge, CA. Everyone said it was some of the best we have had. Each item was very FRESH, well seasoned, and felt home cooked. We had delicious meat, Ceasar and Greek salad, rice, eggplant (I think), a side of onion/parsley, and the bread. Usually Middle Eastern style restaurants provide a general store quality pita, but this bread was soft, large, and had a hint of garlic.
