We need to support it especially because the food is so wonderful. Bring back the community spirit and pride, the love and respect for God, our neighbors and their livelihoods. I recommend this restaurant because I love the food and it's a real part of our neighborhood where corporate burritos and hamburgers are really taking everyone's opportunity to own thriving businesses away from all of us..

Also; I think it's shameful that a taco truck, that does not live here, or pay huge rent prices parks it's disrespectful self right out front. That should be illegal. Do not enable these curbside businesses. It's a huge conflict of community...

Literally, the worst Pupusa I ever had. I order Bean and Cheese and a Loroco and Cheese. The masa tasted old and the bean pupusas contained bean juice ( the best way to describe it) that spilled out of the Pupusa. The pupusas are so dry due to old masa, they have such little cheese and beans, which goes with the theme of this place,.. stingy; yet expensive. If this is your first experience of a Pupusa, you already had the worst. $4.50 for a bean and cheese, that tastes like old dry masa, with little cheese and bean juice. Also, just like the other reviews say, they are very stingy with the curtido. They can keep it, it wasn’t good either. The worst...

I've never tried their taco truck or baked goods, which is what seems to be the topic of other people's reviews. I can only talk about their pupusas, beef soup and chicken plate inside the actual restaurant, and all of those are good. Our office is not too far away, and we lovingly call this place "the pupusas place". When we come here for lunch, the prices are very reasonable, the pupusas are great, and the service is good. It's not an upscale place, and you get exactly what you pay for. Very fair. There's a bit of a language barrier, but they always get our order right....
