This was our first time coming here for breakfast. We will be coming here frequently! The food was amazing, the staf is knowledgeable and attentive and we met Monica the owner. Monica is very nice and gracious. It is obvious that she takes pride in her restaurant, it comes through in the warm, cozy atmosphere and the delicious food.
Here is what we ordered-
Bacon, ham, turkey and Swiss cheese omelet and breakfast potatoes. The turkey and ham were real, not cold cuts. The bacon was cooked to perfection.
Honey butter fried chicken and pancakes. The 2 pieces of chicken were boneless chicken breasts that were well seasoned and delicious. The 2 pancakes were large and really had a good taste.
Chicken fried steak and biscuits, so good! The gravy was yummy, the biscuits were lights and fluffy and the steak was well seasoned and delicious. Also on the plate were 2 eggs any style and breakfast potatoes.
The Brunch Burger with crosscut fries. This burger consisted of a beef patty, fried egg, tomato, onion, sauce and cheddar cheese. It was so good that she inhaled it in record time!!!
Here are pictures of our food!

Read moreIt's sad because I really "want" to like the place. But on two occasions, there has always been something that just did not hit the mark. Firstly, I'd like to say that the service is always good, they are attentive and the chef always likes to come out and greet the customer to explain her creations. I ordered chilaqueles. Noted was the fact that the chips are sprinkled with cinnamon. Which I found odd and frankly not appealing. I was having a difficult time ordering, not exactly finding everything I was looking for. Because nothing was presented in a standard way. In my experience, I've seen that menus usually offer ceratin staples or generally accesable options. Me, I was looking for a breakfast sandwich without all the bells and whistles? - Eggs bacon cheddar sourdough or brioche, that's it! But everything on their menu is "their version" of this or that. I wanted basics. Regular Mexican tex-mex or a simple version with basic components - chilaquiles at least with the regullar kind of melted cheese on top. Couldn't even get that right. We also ordered Eggs Benedict, and the sauce was watered down...
Read morebeyond disappointed on a Saturday morning. I went with my partner to eat breakfast as the reviews convinced us to visit the location. I can not understand how many items were out of stock and yet I spent $90 for two. French toast and two entrees with drinks for the flavor would not cost 90 bucks. I wanted to try something new but I couldn't believe how over cooked the bacon was. the sourdough was not something I can enjoy. the drink options were underwhelming. there was only one cook and one server as the rest washed dishes. I did not enjoy my time. the waitress kept having to come up and let us know of the missing items. and I wanted to just cancel my order but I stayed due to hunger. I believe it is popular for millennials but nor for gen z. mimosas could be the main reason it is busy on Sundays. once again I did not enjoy the food. Atmosphere was nothing I would consider paying 90 bucks for 2 people. we tried our best but didn't understand why the server had to kneel down and then hoist herself back up when we took a second or two to order. overall...
