I really enjoy the food here. And the other time I went, I had great service, but this time, my waiter did something very unethical. He unselected โ€œno tipโ€ on the contactless payment. And then he put in a 20% tip for himself. Perhaps he didnโ€™t see the cash in my hand, which was better than a 20% tip? Either way, itโ€™s unethical. And Iโ€™m sure his coworkers are tired of him not pulling his weight. Perhaps he gets stiffed because he doesnโ€™t provide good service. But I know that everyone shares tips and I believe in people getting paid. He got team tagged into the second shift, and the only thing we really asked him for was to possibly order dessert. He never came back to take the order. Never stopped by to see if we were ready to pay even though about 45 minutes passed. I asked a different waiter for my bill. He gave me a printout, and the guy at the counter said you canโ€™t pay that way anymore. You have to pay your server. Fine. Fortunately, my phone immediately bounced to me the total and I had the check in my hand to see that he had selected the 20% tip. Just unbelievable. I told him that I thought it was unethical, and he ultimately apologized and agreed that it was unethical. However, I just think everyone should know that the person who calls himself Joe at this location is either trying to double dip,...

If you're looking for a great spot for brunch, look no further than Le Pain Quotidien. From the moment we walked in, the customer service was warm and attentive. Managers were on hand to greet customers and even helped take tables' orders, which was a nice touch.

One thing that stood out to us was how happy the staff looked to be working there. It made for a really inviting atmosphere and added to our overall experience.

As for the food and drinks, we couldn't have been more pleased. We ordered a macha latte with whole milk and mint lemonade, both of which were fresh and delicious.

For our meals, we tried the breakfast sandwich on a brioche bun with a fried egg, tomato jam, cheese, and bacon. It was a delicious classic with a side salad that had a new and interesting dressing.

We also tried the breakfast bowl, which was a clean and hearty option with a fried egg over avocado, sweet potato, grains, pistachio, caramelized onions, brussel sprouts, and kale. The dish came with a slice of wheat sourdough and a piece of baguette, and we preferred the baguette.

Overall, we enjoyed our experience at Le Pain Quotidien and would definitely return. If you're in the area and looking for a great brunch...

Simply the best and one of my favorite cafes in Los Angeles! Top notch food, pastry, beverage and exemplary staff providing superb service. The ambiance, a combination of brick walls, wooden floors and tables, as well as pitch perfect volume classical music serves as an oasis for creatives, meetings, and conversation. Cleanliness throughout the restaurant and restrooms is impeccable. For vegans and vegetarians there are scrumptious vegan blueberry muffins, organic lentil soup, quinoa and avocado salad, fresh fruit salad, and other such delicious choices which Iโ€™ve experienced. Consistently delicious every time!

Quality, value, and prompt service with friendly servers and staff that make one feel welcomed led by Jessica who goes above and beyond five stars to ensure the best in hospitality and guest service along with a wonderful team, Mariana, Natalie, Joe, Francisco, Fritzie, and other team members all on point! Price point can be $10 and under for beverage, soup, muffin, croissant, cookies. Sandwiches and Meals run $16-$17 and with tax and tip make it...

Cool place to meet friends. They have several outlets in our areas. I also bumped into this cafe in HK at admiralty shopping mall. The one bear Beverly Hill has a pretty cool rusty setting yet I feel like I am visiting a cafe in Paris. Their Almond croissant is my fav. I love the almond fillings. Reminds me of childhood memories. For lunch, I typically choose their avocado toast. This dish is healthy and tasty. Just enough to fill me for lunch. They do have very good coffee, but I normally would have their hot chocolate instead. The hot chocolate is creamy and smooth, just like the one in PARIS. The staff are very friendly. You can also order from your table or from the counter.

Absolutely wonderful from the time we walked in the staff was so friendly and inviting. We were going to take to go and they encouraged us to sit, enjoy their outdoor seating and eat. Our waitress was delightful the menu had so many great options I had a tough time choosing. I asked our server for her favorite and she suggested the smoked salmon omelette which came with fresh bread and a salad with balsamic vinaigrette. I also enjoyed a hazelnut latte which was divine. If I lived near this spot I would be there every day.
