My dad used to take us here when I was younger. Childhood memories for sure. Place still looks the same. Me and my husband were in the area, so we had to stop in. Their shrimp tasted fresh, exactly how I remembered it. I get my shrimp cocktails plain (only shrimp, ketchup, and lime juice) we also both enjoyed the fried shrimp & fries plate (fries were yummy and tasted fresh too). It used to be better, the best are the shrimp tacos. There's minimum seating and customers are aggressive waiting for seating, while waiting for seating customers attack the first seat that becomes available and while your seated customers are trying to kick you out for the chair. Great seafood for a small inconspicuous location, very good assortment of dishes. Calling before going to pickup food will save you quite a bit of time and hassle, however due to the hospital across the street (White Memorial Medical Center) the phone is usually busy. But after two or three tries you can get ahold of the personnel. Great prices for the serving size. Definitely should go on your bucket list.
