Labcorp — Local services in Los Angeles

As someone who works in healthcare management and understands the patience and integrity the medical field takes, this office completely lacks it. I witnessed a phlebotomist named Ana Maria completely belittle and disrespect an elderly Latino gentleman. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE BELITTLED AND DISRESPECTED. Patients are human beings and should be treated with respect. To make things worse, they run an office with no onsite supervision or management, which makes me only imagine what happens to these poor patients and what goes on behind closed doors. PLEASE WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!! And the manager, supervisor, or even owner, I am still awaiting your call.

I won't lie, every time. I go to a LabCorp facility I'm always impressed by the care and speed of the staff. I arrived at this one at around 9:30 on a Saturday and was worried about the fact that there was a line of about 8 people outside.

It's 10:15 and I'm already out. Checked in, documents handed over, waited, and blood drawn.

Not only that, but the technicians who take your blood are genuinely pleasant people in my experience. They chat with you about life or pets to keep you calm while they do their work, and even when it does sting, the kindness is enough to carry me through. I was nervous going to a new LabCorp facility despite it suiting my availability, but...

Very rude and unprofessional staff. Especially an employee called Ana Maria she is one of the worst very rude and impatient she starts yelling at you if you ask questions she does not want to be bothered a very ignorant and neurotic woman when someone dares ask her a question about labwork she starts insulting you in spanish avoid this place, long waiting time and as long as that ignorant rude woman works there it is not going to change. The other women that work there are just as bad you cannot make a complain because they enable her rudeness and are scared of her. STAY AWAY FROM ANA MARIA SHE IS THE WORST...
