I will not recommend any one doing business with the establishment because of my experience on 2/23/2020 I’m a dasher part time and I have had issue with the graveyard shift every time on this day at 1;45 I was picking up an order and I was informed that it was never received so I waited in line and got to the first window and was informed again that it was not recovered so I informed the employee i will park and wait so after waiting and speaking with DoorDash support I was informed that the order was received and confirmed so I walked to the window I ask her if she received the order she Informed me that the order was received and she was making it I asked her to bring the order to my car she informed me that she could not ok so I walked to my car and informed the rep on the phone I wanted to file a complaint she stated that she will do so then I walked back to the window and I was asking the lady how long it would take for a shake and fries she cult me off and said machine was working up and she could not make the shake slamming The drive-through window I asked for the corporate number refuse that information I had a big issue and I would never go back after tomorrow and keep in mind I was not a customer just a dasher and still I’m a person and if I have a question it should not be and issue with your answering it and me not being meet with rudeness so I hope some...

I went to store #1418 via drive thru to place an order when it came time for me to pay, i spoke to the worker she didn’t speak back nor did she ask me to give her a moment while she dealt with another customer, i sat outside that window to pay for 5mins, then she finally comes over and just starts reciting an order so i didn’t even know she was speaking to me. I gave her my card and sat then someone else comes (the manager) I’m looking at my phone so she says your pin i provide it and she walks away before I could tell her how unhappy i was with my service. Her demeanor was very rude and off putting. I pulled up to the next window, asked to speak to the manager she came i explained my issue she laughed in my face when i said her demeanor was off and i was unhappy that I was sitting waiting for 5mins just to pay. She just looked at me like i was stupid, i even asked the employee who was giving me my food if she thought it was rude that I wasn’t even acknowledged and left sitting for 5mins. I asked the manager for her name she pointed to her badge, I asked for the store number she laughed and said look on your receipt for it. Her name is Maricruz O.

My rating is based on just this one incident because all the other times I have gone have been ok. Well I went to get breakfast and an older lady was taking orders. She was taking longer than usual. The managers switched her with another employee right when I was going to order. This young lady charged everything seperate when I asked for a combo. She messed up the next 2 persons orders after my order as well. When the lady after me informed the manager she told the customer she didn't know how to order. I tell her food was missing from my order she tells me the same thing and talked about how the other lady didn't either. I told her what does her order have to do with mine. When I tell the manager how I ordered she didn't say anything. So another customers complains. And I go interrupt and told her see the one messing up is your girl so stop saying we dont know how to order. Oh and she also tried to say the older lady messed up my order when she wasn't even the one...
